GOOD MORNING AMERICA.... and THANK YOU TO THE COURTS,,
I pretty sure that this is MY case,,,, or a very close resemblance to mine,,, that was earlier this month...
Wells Fargo tried to have me do a conformatory on a mortage that was my ex husbands,,,, this would have made me responsible for his mortage that he has ignored,,, although i hold the deed and pay for the home with his added refinance from 2005.... I will be clear,,,, i do pay (up until Sept. when they began refusing my payment) and i want to pay,,,, i do not want something for nothing,,, and I do want a mortage,,, just not the one i refinanced & spent eslewhere,,,,
I DO NOT WANT TO BE BULLIED INTO SIGNING SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT DO...
So thank you very much
