He has dug his nose into other countries business and has ignored this country going to ruins.
CONgress and the President need to quit messing around with health care (going into the third year) and start solving the issues they participated in with the banks, such as bailouts…if that really what it was called. Where is Home Land Security? Katrina never saw them and the citizen’s of this country have not even heard the word Home Land Security…not once since the hot air balloon burst. Are they on the U. S. payroll? Is this country not in ruins? Has devastation not taken over? It appears this country has no protection.
Has it not been proven that fraud has been the banks culprit partner for years, ignored since in the 90’s and advanced to the point in 2008 ..using fraud as a weapon to destroy America. No indictments, no hand cuffs..nothing. Victims having to fight the fraudsters, fight the fraudsters lawyers, fight the courts, prove the fraud and get rubber stamped to lose their homes. A whole country of foreclosures and years have gone by and with no criminal arrests… only shows this goes alot deeper than what has come to the forefront.. Why is the government so quiet on what is happening ?…..Why are they all lurking in the shadows or behind closed doors? Why is this not the main topic in CONgress..In the White House? We don’t want to hear the speeches in the future..we want to hear it now. The government KNOWS why this has happened and we want the facts and what they plan to do about the fraud that has robbed this countries citizen’s of their right’s..of their property…of their country…… to give back homes taken with the use of CRIMINAL FRAUD.
When a bank is robbed, the robber goes to prison and the bank collects from it’s insurance and all is fine. But a home owners is robbed by fraud…and see’s no one go to prison and can’t collect on home insurance.. and is living on the street’s. Tell me . is balanced justice ?
Folks, I had to say it..(.I am retired and own my home and never had a mortgage on it.)..but …I am a person who demands the truth and will fight for those who have been or are soon to be victims of foreclosure …abused by the government we depended on to trust.. Silence from the leaders is no way to gain trust. I feel today the word trust is just another word in the dictionary. And as I have said many times….ENOUGH IS ENOUGH…. Facts are being exposed everyday and the time has come for the truth to be spoken.

Citi filed for a motion for summary judgement based on CR 56. Their only affadavit is a Citi print out of the activities on my account which shows my delinquency. I answered the foreclosure with some 44 exhibits that document Citi tactics and procedures that show Citi uses unfair tactics. Citi was forced to rescind a foreclosure last year that was a result of their errors. This year it is a series of Citi errors that find Citi foreclosing on me again!!! We are going to court and it is intimidating to challenge a financial institute that has such influence on government that they do not have to follow the laws by which we are governed in Ohio.
