hi mariea and everyone else. we are all comletely devisted over this fraud. i am not even in foreclosure yet am preparing my sef as to why i am not able afford my mortgage. there are many reasons. the down turn has cost me and my husband jobs a few times and an illness was all we needed. we are so sad and so stresses. i found the web site foreclsourehamlet and and have been finding answers. i found appraisal fraud, i have found failure of the owner of my not to have an assignment with my county. the list goes on. thank you for understanding our plight.

Oh, God! When I read these posts I had “frozen” bumps on my spine…. . All of you are very right! I heard now radio station: it was told that SOME (I didn’t caught its name) BANK WILL NOT WORK TOMORROW (Valentine’s Day!) DUE TO GOING TO BE PROTESTER’S MARCH! I do not know where it will be – in Egypt or our Country, but it is GOOD IDEA: THE PEACEFUL PICKETING IS ALLOWED BY OUR CONSTITUTION; IT IS TECHNICALLY NOT BANK ROBBERY, BUT THEY CANNOT OPERATE AND TO ROB US!!! THEY WILL LOOSE THE CLIENTS WHO WAS GOING TO PLACE THEIR MONEY INTO THESE BANKS’ BLACK HOLES!!! EVERYONE MUST TAKE MONEY FROM their “Sweet Heart” BANKS and place them in the Community Credit Unions (none-government!) And we will see what happened! I do not want if even one life will be lost at streets! PEACEFULLY walk around Banks, Courts and FBI Offices with your SIGNS. MAKE THEM UNCOMFORTABLE TO ROB US. WE ARE DEFINETELY LOOSING OUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY, EVERYONE understands this: The White House and Congress entirely consist of LAWYERS who understand what going on and DO NOTHING. You even cannot read about massive FRAUD in Foreclosure in the news papers or hear on Radio or see on TV! We just see and hear Commercials who invite us to take their products “ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!” just for small shipping. But when they got your Credit Card number they will charge you in full and several times: month after month…. . Be careful! Absolutely free is only cheese in the mouse trap! This is probably the ONE and ONLY HONEST blog and, it seems, the government is UNFAMILIAR WITH IT. Every gov. office has some E-mails. Please send them these articles and blogs! We should have a NATIONAL DAY OF PROTEST against the Big Five banks. Where is our outrage? Where is our Spirit? Do we not care that we are now living in a Third World country? Although, we are certainly not paying Third World prices. Our cost of living is out of control. The public utility companies are raping us. We have been robbed of our jobs, our homes, our dignity, and our justice. How much more abuse is it going to take before we rise up, take to the streets, and truly take our country back? It’s not going to happen by sitting in front of the big screen TV.

thank you all so much for your posts. everything you guys are posting I new but was ubable to prove it from my littel place in the world. when property taxes in my new home were more than double then what the builder told us and the home owners insurance was more than 3x whatthe builder told us we sold and moved hoping in a different part o florida we could move on and accept we had been scr**ed. here we are 300 miles north the thing i most feared is happening. i had lost my job and unable to survice on unemployment used up my credit card balances. when i finally did get a job you can neever get caught up. then again we find avarsary wells fargo modifies our loan and raises our mortgage, i guess with the ploy for us leave the home. i held on for the ride. my husband getting ill mid 2010 caused us unable again to afford the steep mortgage payment and again approached wells fargo. waiting now months for a hamp loan i tried to find answers to why this is happening to us. i was guided to find my morgtage papers and county records. i found discrepencies every where. mortage appraisal fraud, no assignment after wells fargo. the constant loss of my finacial paper work. i have been through so much. the big banks would love us all to leave these homes so they canb just res ell them. i am sick to my stomach. i was taught to own a home for the mortgage intrest deduction so we can itemize. because i owned instead of rented i lost my entire life savings and retirement plan. how fair is that. how can that have been purpertrated on us. FDIC only guaranteed if i left my money ion my savings account. who would have thought by putting it to my home i would lose in 5 years. this has bput an incredible strain on my family. my 22 yr marriage is feeling pain, my kids are stressed of not knowing what is going to happen. where did this all start. the builders, the appraisers, the tax collectors and assessors allowing the bogus increases, who is to blame and then how do they fix our lives. this has caused countless people to become homleless. broken up families. why should they have so much power to ruin lives like this. please alll help please join us on http://www.foreclosurehamlet.com we are learning. if i did not find this web site i to would have left myhouse already.. thank you guys so much wish you were my frinds close by i would hug you.

This is very difficult when you are dealing with unethical Judges as we did in MA. They take an oath to apply the facts of law. Our case is probably the worst case you have ever seen.

However much limited resources they are dealing with they seem to find the resources to take care of themselves at the same time we are getting the shaft in court.
