I have Homestead status of 10 years.
There were others listed-several John Doe & Jane Doe and “unknown tenants”, unknown spouse
The Sheriff verified my Identification-as Single owner in residence/ posession.
This is a Countrywide/BOA-MERS -FANNIE MAE-Mortgage
