Alot of the information in my comments can be googled or found on you tube. I can’t connect the dots or verify these things for people, they have to do that. The truth is becoming more known everyday. All we have to do is look at what is happening in Wisconsin and read those signs the people are holding up. They always try to shoot the messenger. They are soo obvious. I already told the complainer that I intend to keep exercising my rights to free speech until they halt all of the fraudclosures and that he can take it or leave it. His complaining only makes me more determined to expose any information I can possibly come across that we can all use to try to get to the bottom of an apparent bottomless pit of deception. I try to verify what I post though that is not always easy to do as we all know they want to confuse all of us, so I put it all out there and there is always google search. The elitist motto is to “Create Order out of Chaos” and that statement alone is incredibly telling about the types of people we are up against. The complainer said that this is NOTabout Politics? Really? Well, I guess he has not been paying attention to the articles on this website which clearly are showing all of us this is a very political conspiracy that has a clear agenda to undermine and destroy America and other nations around the world. The complainer clearly just does not want the American people thinking outside of the box . He has most likely been planted here by someone. It is up to all of us to share our information because everyone is in this together and all information is helpfull to everyone here. The truth is the only thing that will save all of us. Knowledge is power and they do not like that because they have always ruled by secrecy. Fraud has already been proven & admitted to be “mistakes” by Banks & Servicers.
No one is going to be criminally prosecuted. It would destroy the mortgage & banking institutions,

No way-BOA has had 2 years to “settle”, from the beginning they could have accepted my two measly payments, plus late fees-measly $1000.00 (one thousand dollars)I was barely 30 days late when my begging began…. but no ! BOA and their servicer Marshall Watson continues to drag this out in court. In answer to Discovery Motion they cited “Trade Secrets” !!! and NON Answers.
I filed another motion for “In Camera Inspection of all Documents”….that was August of 2010…
it is sleeping on the Docket to date Feb. 2011.
STATE OF FLORIDA v. COUNTRYWIDE SUIT?!?!??
I already tried that too, it only benefits the Law Firms even more-the people only receive a small pentance.

I think it was approx 2 yrs ago the State of Florida investigated-but settled with COUNTRYFRIED- the Ag’s Office made all the money in fees and very little $ went to very few Florida Homeowners because of “Qualifications” and no “wrong doing” was admitted.
I did not qualify to get one cent-but rightfully should have-they called me an Investor-not so-I’m a Ten Year Homestead Resident. The most I received was the AG’s Office ordered BOA to send me a letter of explanation
of why I did not qualify-of which they do not even have my account number correct.
NO MOD for me either-that just gives the Bank/Servicer your signature to procede to steal from you !

I Vent…Some may call your comments ranting over and over…and asked you to keep it to yourself…BUT…nothing say’s anyone has to read anyones comments..pass over and go onto the next comment. I read them all..looking for ideas from another ones point of view. Or I might have missed an article and find out what I missed. I am not in foreclosure but my daughter is..So everything I can learn helps her and others to see what to look for.
I have spent many, many hours night and day seeking and searching and I too, have to agree that this whole fraud issue and government avoiding the crimes done to America and the world…only tells me we are fighting on the surface, when the REAL seed is planted below the surface. This plan from years back was and is still working to bring America to ruins. This being the straw that may break the camels back.
That is why the fight to keep our country as America is now getting into a rough time. All these different issues on who can be charged with all the fraud is being stalled and ignored…because the truth has not been told to the citizens of America. Foreclosures are the frosting smeared on the fallen cake to distract and confuse the minds to suffer great mental distress. The bankers and Wall Street were and are their robber barons and our Gov. is aiding and abetting the cover up because they got bought. The real criminals are hididng_ behind_ all of them. They are despicable and out to destroy the world and create a one world communist dictatorship. A worldwide Weimar Republic. What the people are doing in Wisc. is what every state should be doing. Esp. Ill. where they had the gall to raise taxes 67% to cover up for all of the fraud and are expecting a 55 billion dollar property tax increase by 2015 to cover up for all of the police and fireman’s MISSING PENSION MONEY.
