David J. Stern is vermin. He’s a despicable, narcissistic, worthless, greedy, pathetic excuse for a human being. I hope he loses everything he owns and if he doesn’t spend the next twenty years of his life in prison, where he and every other banker and lawyer that participated in the biggest real estate heist in history should be, I hope he ends up in a mental institution.

If I hear one more person tell me we live in the greatest nation on earth I”m going to puke. Would I prefer to live in the United States rather than Iran, Iraq or China ? YES But anyone who thinks that as US citizens we have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness you’re as insane as the bankers and politicians who are running our government.

To quote Thomas Jefferson:

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”

so many crooks (even judges and attorneys) are lying and either part of or allowing this to happen.

And NO ONE does care other than those directly affected.

But be careful with your apathy. You may not be on the FRONT LINE today, but it will get to you someday and I bet you will be one of those crying the loudest? How can this be happening.

Most of the media can take partial credit for this. One of the most important functions of the media is to serve as watchdog and there they have failed us miserably. Why? Have they been bought out too?

Stern pay the people you owe money too like your VENDORS who worked legally and you
set them back….You really blew it you could have made it in life IF you were able to THINK
correctly. I worked with your firm and you had dedicated employees and VENDORS then
you dropped them to make your money and you could care less who was harmed.
It was all greed you had it made once and people respected you . David you just couldn’t hold onto
reality and greed took over, that’s the saddest part you gave into temptation and just really broke a lot
of people’s hearts and images of you. We all trusted you , your NOT misunderstood you went to the other
side and I wouldn’t want to be where you are going. People do you really think Tew wants to represent Stern
maybe Tew has no other choice. Stern you really could have made it if you just were present and ran the firm
as if people, clients, vendors , home owners, employees mattered …you once did what the f–k happened to you
no one ever makes it in life when their intention is greed. Now, you just had to settle for alittle piece of life that you had when you could have had a great life always its sad you had so much potential. When you die what
will they write Stern the guy had potential and then GREED stepped in. What a shame…I hope we all learn from this from Madoff and Stern that it comes back to you when your intentions are for greed …G-d help you as for me
I will never see the money and this is me making my piece I have learned to make lemonade out of lemons.
Why don’t you ask for forgiveness Stern it really helps

This calls for a road trip; the whole gang posed in front of “Misunderstood” a/k/a Su Casa Es Mi Casa. Whoever buys it should rename it Karma.

As for the property Stern should know that not a whole lot has gone up in value since ’08. Maybe he has an unrecorded mortgage and is trying to short-sell it to preserve cash? Be careful if your bank offers you a modification Stern; I’ve heard some real nightmare stories about crooked banks and their lawyers using those to force people into foreclosure.

I expect that Stern wants to be as far from water as possible because if pressure builds on the prosecutors to prosecute, they would rather have him fall over the stern than expose the favors that he bought from them.
