I have a lawsuit against Cal-Western and Wells Fargo. I found a notary stamp on the Substitution of Trustee from Bexar County by a Mary Lou Solis for Wells Fargo. Trustee is Cal-Western Reconveyance. Solis’s handwriting is on Cal-Western’s Affidavit of Mailing and I found that Mary Lou Rodriguez works for Wachovia, which is Wells Fargo. Yvonne J. Wheeler is robo-signing with no doubt. They even sent me two different Affidavits of Mailing of the Substitution of Trustee by two different people. I have a lot of evidence and will present it to the Attorney General and other agencies.
I won’t give up fighting these crooks!

But here in California they are able to get away with it because here in the State of California nobody is enforcing the law.

Can anybody bring this out to the public? Hundreds of thousands of homeowners in California are a victim of robo-signing by California Reconveyance Company. This Company is actually owned by Chase.
If someone in CA read this and have the same experience please comment.
