I plan to uncover the truth. I am in real estate and I believe confidence in the title system has been tainted by many banks. At first they just shrugged off claims of sloppy paperwork and improper property assignments. Now many of them have weasel clauses in their sales contracts requiring the buyer of their “bank owned” property to indemnify them of any future title action. If they believe their procedures and documentation was so correct then why do they choose to not stand behind it?

There are a lot of different groups attempting to cut the knees off but they need to come together as a chain saw rather than hack away with hand axes. We need to keep the pressure on. Did they think we forgot who we are and where we are? This is America and we are Americans. We will not allow them to turn this into a fraudulent foreign land with no justice and therefore no freedom. We The People built this country. They underestimated the power of the American people when we unite. What I have learned from this experience is question everything and never, ever give up. We have to make our voices be heard loud and clear otherwise they will steal everything from us. The fight is only just begun. We still have alot of work to do to fix this mess they have created.
