it concered me when after the 9/11 happened the banks and servicers and att and the econemey went to hell all at once,from there on the whole econemey went down from there,this was a setup and they know it,we had to pay for there fraud and deciet things arent geting better,all the mortgage servicers were involved in this fraud,they hired the att they know it was fraud and forgery,bank of america,select portfolio servicing aka fairbanks capital,equi credit,equi first,oscwen,conti-fairbanks,conti mortgage,citi financial,country wide to name a few thers more that were involved in this rackket and correption,i call it rackktering and fake cos.

this is not right those mortgage servicers and att. and robo signers should be put in jail,what is wrong with this,if someone eles did this fraud and forgery they would go to jail for a long,home owners file a lawsuite sue them,the police arent doing anything or goverment or FBI or the SEC or anyone at all,fight for your home with everthing you have,a crime is a crime you go to jail or face the lawsuits that are going to happen and there heading to court,make them pay for stealing your hard earned money,they didnt earn that money,the servicers and att steal that illgally commet fraud forge documents and hire robo signers to help them,they know what they were signing was forgery put them out of bussness for good and lock them up.

Well its about dang time………Marshall C Watson was the Servicer for my Mortgage-
all fradulent docs signed by Patricia Arrango……dragging it out in court for 2 years and 2 months !
The very first time I contacted Watsons Office an “employee” said to me….
“Lady you’re talking goldfish and all your goldfish are dead”.
I never heard that before and still do not know what he meant.
I told him my aquarium has beautiful, tropical healthy fish and begged him to accept the $1000.00 owed.
My case is still hanging on the docket since it began Jan 2009.
Marshall Watson has changed “attorneys” 3-4 times. Judge ordered Motion To Dismiss Lack of Prosecution,
Watsons Office changed Attorneys again-filed at the last hour, last day of the Judges deadline with
“Non-Answers” to Discovery Motion-13 questions -Thank God I have a Pro Bono Attorney that spotted the fraud.
The last Motion Filed on my behalf was July or Aug of 2010-Motion To Compel In Camera Inspection of documents named “Trade Secret”……glad I have been paying Mortgage Payments to a Trust Account to prove
ability & willingness to pay-even though I’m underwater.
Marshall Watson is finally going to feel some of the stress and hell I have been going through.
The Florida AG – all 50 AGs are just a front to carry on with the injustice. BOA is the worst of all the Banksters.

When I got denied my loan mod I immediately suspected foul play because I was told I was approved and then lied to for months and denied at the last second, like everyone. I knew it was another SHAM. I called the FBI white collar crimes division and asked them what I should do? The FBI agent asked me who backed my loan and I told them Fannie Mae They then told me to call Fannie Mae because they are a GSE and they should be able to assist me with my loan mod nightmare. HA!! That is when I knew they were HIDING behind the pretender lender, the debt collection agency Fannie Mae hired to DO AWAY WITH ME. They had a MIDDLE EASTERN WOMAN WITH A HEAVY ACCENT TELL ME, NO CAN DO. WE CAN DO NOTHING WITH THE SERVICER, THAT IS UP TO ME TO DEAL WITH THEM. What? They think we are THAT STUPID? I want to sue all of them for fraud. Fannie Mae aided and abetted them by packaging up SHIT LOANS with good loans. FANNIE MAE HAD TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND BLESSED AND BACKED THE WHOLE CHARADE, AAA. By Fannie Mae knowingly packaging up good loans with shit loans, FANNIE MAE INTENTIONALLY, KNOWINGLY SET US ALL UP TO GO DOWN WITH THE FAILURES. IT WAS LIKE THE SINKING OF THE TITANIC ONLY THIS TIME IT WAS HOMEOWNERS OF ALL TYPES. ALL ABOARD TO YOUR DOOM.

Exactly right it is the BANKS
the law firms were doing the paperwork I don’t agree with some of the work product
when you have a large client and they say jump you ask how high
there is no ending to this the banks caused these issues and the government is looking the other way
it is not going to end until the banks own the people who were Foreclosed against house then the bank will
sell to the Germans just like they sold the NYSE to the germans don’t worry about the chinese so much
watch out for the germans they have been silent for a long time and now they are are slowly reappearing

As stated in these foreclosure advocacy websites, FreddieMac, FannieMae, etc… have been temporariy giving fraudulent Assignments to the Pretender/Lenders until Foreclosure is completed and then the Pretender/Lenders re-assign the Assignments back to FreddieMac, FannieMae, etc….because Freddie and Fannie,etc… cannot foreclose on the Unrecorded(Assignments) bifurcated(notes and mortgage separated) securitized loans. The judges, the banks, the foreclosure mills and Now the Government are all Accomplices to this fraudulent crime. It’s that simple.

Crazy how the wicked operate. The big investor (mortgage lender giant) is forced by the originators and servicers to blame the law firm. In actuality, the only way the crooks are going to be able to foreclosure is to lie and manipulate documents in court, so it does not matter what law firm they go to.
