I think we all agree on this website that the banks with support of our legal system came up with the PONZI scheme of all ponzi schemes. We all want to be righted of the awful, fraudful, shameful way in which the banks have committed theft against us as well as the country.

However, what some of us do not want to see, is to feed into the public image of “deadbeats” who only wants to get a free house. As tempting as it might be to wave each small win as a home one of us got for free…only serves the purpose of giving them more amunition with which to feed to the public. Believe me when I say that I know we all want to scream vindication….but this is a war…..and you have to always be cognizant of your overall plan and strategy. No offense meant to anyone….that’s just how I see it.

Tim…almost all mortgages were not funded by the banks…the money was wired to the closing table by Investor(s).. kept in escrow by the closing company. So how the hell can a bank, who was paid a nominal fee to close the loan, invested nothing toward the loan…. put their name as payee/lender on the note and mortgage? And than record the mortgage in county records with a fraud payee/lender on it? From there, the fraud follows more fraud. Than more fraud in the foreclosures…first…they never owned the mortgage….very few can prove it. So all this fraud right down to the courts rubber stamping it…..for sale….sets everyone raging mad. Can you blame them? If someone lost their home and set it on fire…they would go to prison. But the bank, who does not own the mortgage, can do fraud throughout and the courts are no longer a ‘ house of justice ‘…..there is no prison for them? I was raised by a father in law enforcement during the mafia era and many saw the walls of prison. This is of greater massive crime and not one criminal arrested ? Not hard to figure out who gave the orders to all employees to do this crime…..climb the ladder and when you get to the top…stop…you have arrived at where it started. This is what angers homeowners…everyone, including Obama, are all involved in this…no one will step to the plate. So if anyone can get their home free and clear..more power to them. The bank didn’t own it anyways…they were trying ti steal it. So Tim…how can a mortgage be modified when the bank cannot prove they own the mortgage..a servicer does not have the notes either…only the owner of the original note can give permission to modify..not just any Tom, Dick or Harry. That is why all ‘ programs’ to help the homeowners, set up by Obama failed….the banks did not own the mortgage. How could they, mortgages were all sold to investor(s)… that was where the banks made their trillions…selling over and over. FRAUD.

Money talks….and it walks right into the pockets of government. Between the lobbyists and Bankers Assoc. the bribes run rampant….the banks can afford it…all with fraud money. That is not hard to see. This is not money the banks earned..it is money they TOOK. While I am amused the bank got screwed for a change, I don’t feel that this is what we are trying to accomplish. We should not look at gaming the system either. I think most of us here have tried to do everything the right way to modify our mortgages,while following the terms of our contracts. Only after the banks have ignored, bullied, defrauded, and ignored their fiduciary responsibilities towards us, have we resorted to such tactics. This story should not be representative of us, as this is a little unseemly, in my opinion.

The title should be, “You Already Own Your Home, Your Lien May Be Fraudulent, Your Contract May Not Be Valid”.

This is the law in most states. It has to do with morality and families.

The tone in this article bothers me, while I celebrate the decision. Although I do view this as a war, the basic reasoning and the morality behind these issues and laws has GOT to be simplified, focused on.

This was one of may points of law I made to the “judge” a.k.a. Insurance Attorney who threw my court documents in the trash.

It has to do with the morality of the people in positions of leadership. That’s it.
