Let the law prevail, case by case, and force prosecutors to enforce the laws on the books, and Judges to recognize when the Clean Hands Doctrine applies.

Otherwise accept that Banks, Wall Street and the Insurance Companys own our Government and Courts.

Yet they dance around the consequence of a servicer who cannot prove who has the right to foreclose. They’re addressing everything but the most vital issue.
