I vent…Florida is judicial….at least the last I heard it was…LOL…never know these things till you search for answers….things seem to change everyday…but that is another story. Keep up the fight….you are a strong person with alot of knowledge.

See the Theory of Maslow on human behavior and motivation pyramid. It is the law of nature that each is most concerned first for his own survival, and sometimes mothers even eat their own children, instead dying so that their children could eat their mother. Only after people are safe and secure and completely satisfied on the lower and most broad bases of the pyramid do people care about others which is the peak of performance in society and when altruism sets in as a motivator. Knowing this then We must make plans with this perspective, that appeal to the basest or baser sort of motivation to help ourselves as everyone’s first question from that perspective is, What’s in it for me? – and when we get a plan of action that satisfies this question, then maybe perhaps We can achieve success. This is reality as crappy as it is, but that is just unregenerate human nature of those that are saved in Christ as much as it is in those that are yet lost and without hope that there is for certain a day of glory when man is no longer in control of government and GOD is! Yes, this pathetic – so what are you going to do about it

I live in IL which is a judicial state and my sister and my brother-in-law both lost their homes without having a day in court. My brother-in-law was not even behind on his mortgage, he was a couple month’s behind on his homeowners ass. dues and Wells Fargo had him evicted. Chase sent my sister and her husband to the tilte co. to sign off on her home. How can this be happening in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA? It is truly unbelievable that in America a loan servicer who is no more than a mere bill collector could steal the homes of the AMERICAN PEOPLE WITHOUT WE THE PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS UNDER THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS.. The bill collector never had to prove ownership in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WAKE UP AMERICA! I bellieve that NON-JUDICIAL FRAUDCLOSURES ARE ALSO UNCONSTITUTIONAL. THE CONSTITUTION WAS WRITTEN TO PROTECT US FROM THEM IN ALL OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS? Now has anyone checked on Elixabeth Wellborn to see how many cases she has used with these fraudulent notices of service? Is anyone keeping track of these false signatures of servicers?

My thanks to Mr. Redman for his continued work in sending out these emails to keep us informed. It shocks me that so many are in foreclosure and yet they do not support the people fighting for them. They come here, read the post and then submit nothing. Hey people, if you will not submit some information on your cases, and about the fraud you think has happened, how can you help others?
