Now how can David Stern sue the banks and Fannie/Freddie for services he has not been paid on when he didn’t pay his vendors for their work?

I just would like to say Stern is so laughable it is really disgusting . I own an employment firm in Boca Raton I have an EXCELLENT reputation I was called by Stern’s firm and I was told they were TRYING to change their image. I worked with the firm and I placed certified Paralegals , I NEVER placed Attorneys because I knew their fate once at Stern these kids right out of school had no chance.
Anyway, all my candidates are working at other firms and they are great at what they do so great STERN had the balls ( WELL…maybe pebbles ) to use my services and when Citi, Fannie and Freddie removed the files I was left with invoices for tens of thousands of dollars and he has NOT paid me his President Stephen Bernstein, his Investor Services Rep Chris Simmons and his Gate Keeper Esther Surujon have been BSing me that they are going bankrupt and since October have not paid me Stern is suing for money my temps did and he did not pay me for.
If I sue him I feel it is throwing good money after bad I am available for any firm Stern is suing to let them know he hasn’t paid his vendors so he is stealing from us .I have no idea what happened to this guy he was so different he fooled all of us, he had loyal vendors, loyal employees he just had no soul how can he sue other firms for work he owes us for anyone have any ideas . I don’t think I can represent my own corporation in court . He is an animal. I worked with other firms and everyone paid their invoices he just wants to take people down with him.

So fast forward 5 years and Stern is retired for law lost his license Wow he could care less he now owns 150 five guys Burger joint ( including every one in broward if people know would stop going there) he just sold hid ft Lauderdale mansion for a record $35 million and has a residence $20 mill in Fort Lauderdale Ritz Carlton with his 25 year old girlfriend and 30 plus cars yacht and jet looks like some ones doing fine

Mr. Stern is vacationing on his mega yacht somewhere in the Medditreranian sea. It’s not the ” Misunderstood”
it’s a newer one much bigger.
When he gets bored ,he will take his private gulfstream jet to visit one of his girlfriends around the world .
He will stay in the mention or luxury condos he provide them.
No worry about the legal issues. His 500000 $ a month attorney takes care of that.
Thats the American dream.

he had it all… everyone was in awe of him, we thought he was the American dream he did produce what he was supposed to do everyone has quotas in business the whole system went nuts
once he went public it was a different inning for him. I guess that SPAC that invested in the firm
had money to burn. The pity is as I mentioned before the crazy got going he had loyal people
behind him at the end the CEO that replaced him lied, that Chris Simmons lied and that Controller
Esther Surujon lied and I trusted liars, I never thought this would happen that he wouldn’t pay his bills Look there are a lot of HomeOwners taking advantage, the banks
are cashing in they are putting people into programs that are bogus just to go through the motions. If David Stern would just admit he screwed up , the banks admit they were cashing in and the Judges that
handled the files step down maybe we can reinvent the system . We have to reinvent the system we can blog about this all day long we can each sue one another and we are just getting away from the REAL issues . It’s not Stern although I am not a fan he did what he was paid to do I just wouldn’t have screwed

Disgusted I don’t understand. In other posts you have expressed your anger that Stern had left you with a lot of unpaid invoices. Now it sounds like you are defending him. Stern admit he screwed up-what’s up with that? Never in a million years would he do that. His ego is way out of control. Stern scammed you and many others. Why, because he could and banks etc looked the other way because he was illegally producing results. He was making millions off of people who he intentionally scammed. The money was getting too good. He never thought that he would get caught because in his mind he could do no wrong. To this day I bet he is laughing at all of you because he can. This guy is morally bankrupt, has a black heart and no conscience.
I am not defending him , he did unthinkable things it’s just blogging and rehashing is not going to get us back on track the banks , the judicial system , wall st everyone was involved now let’s fix it
whatever way it needs to get back on track Stern wrote his history , how do we move forward we
cannot keep going in circles I had to move on it was hard I lost a lot he has an ego and maybe he
is a total moron we have to resolve this look he probably will go to jail and if his ego puts him in there than that is what an ego does the prisons are full of egos we just need to put a stop to this . today that woman Christine that was questioned about CitiMortgage and she didn’t have answers maybe just maybe except for Stern people didn’t know what they were doing did everyone have evil intentions then we are in worse shape than I thought. I personally knew some people involved and
they were not that bright to pull this stuff off.That is all I am saying did you ever know a liar that got too deep and had to keep lying . We are now writing our future what future is it going to be. I will
help any company that needs employees to fix this mess for free no fee. Just please there are no jobs, the economy sucks we all know what happened let’s move on and create a new system. Thanks
stern’s is just 1 of the rotting fingers on the gangrene infested appendages of the banking cabal.
if you think about it ,the only way to keep the disease from killing the patient is to sever the rotting part [DJS the rotting finger], what you have left [ foreclosure arm ]is still rotting, just to a lesser degree.
Is there not a principle that hired DJS ? Is the principle not responsible for the damage caused by the hired agent?

When he files the chapter 11 you should be able to file a secured claim on the filing, but it would drag on next to forever, then you will receive next to nothing for all the legal fees, the mental anguish and hard work you incur. So I think you have to think about another method to successfully collect.
Thanks Mario…this is a life lesson. I just cannot believe the entitlement mentality
of this guy…I wanted to show that a lot of companies got hurt by him…if he gets
anything from these banks which he has a lot of nerve even entertaining this move the
first check should be made out to his Vendors not for his lear jet rentals or other distractions.

Stern has no soul, a black heart. After all the damage that he has done to peoples lives, he feels that he’s a victim. These type of people are so full of themselves, they cannot see right from wrong. You know karma has a way of coming back at you to bite you in the ass. Lets hope that karma takes more than his ass.
