So let’s all work together and make sure that this happens not only for americans but for the can’s and the whole world as well.

Sterns did not do this by himself and he was not the only one who was making loads of money off of the fraud all of the judges were in volved , court clerks were involved many were involved even the real estate brokers were invalved real estate apraisors the list is long .

What ever we do do in writing have it notarised and use the public record and insist that all responces are requierd to do the same and we will get this handled

Requier them to prove evrything even their contract and power of attorney to act in behalf of the entity !!

Make them sign under the penelty of perjury in every case do not be lazy and it shall be the best win we ever had.

Last September when the fraud hit the fan, and banks froze or pulled foreclosures , he again played the joker and wanted us to believe that the fraud and criminal documents submitted by Stern & others to the court ” puts us in an untenable position because we can’t both investigate and decide,” Blanc said. “We are supposed to act on things brought to our attention, but if no one files anything, I’m not sure what will or should happen.” . He had proof of the fraud in most cases, if not all cases and he states I’m not sure what should happen . He is a coward , he lacks honesty,ethics and is not qualified for the job . He cowers to the truth . Don’t hold your breath waiting for a honest answer,or a day on Sterns stolen toys . Stern has his millions in Tortola, British Virgin Islands,tax free,and will do a bankruptcy to stiff us on his debt, . Enron 101

If someone really investigates this – it should be able to walk the judges through the fraud so they can see it. They won’t see it otherwise because they DO NOT want to see it. They do not want to admit they were snowballed too. Stern injured many people. He raped them of everything they had. He needs to pay the price and come forth on the truth of who and what is truly behind this foreclosure crisis. We the people are seeking only truth and the person who sits under that oath needs to seek the truth too. I have been investigating this fraud for more than 3 years now – I knew my countrywide loan was really bad 3 years ago and so I started. The county records are polluted and contaminated by greed and corruption. It goes so deep it is sickening. The average person would run and hide. I don’t want to hide I want to face this head on. I am helping with a case that stern got the writ from shapiro and fishman – from wells—heres the kicker- BOA is doing a loan mod on it right now. They sent proof of payments- and yet the judge had her eyes so closed it was a freak show. I can’t disclose it all now as its going to the attorney general and controller and bar– what a disaster we are all in. Until we all stand up for justice- there will be none. Right now they r so far into the lies its so hard to back peddle now. Its going to be very interesting. God bless those facing the fraud and greed.
