We are in an adversary proceeding with Specialized Loan Service (SLS), the latest ostensible servicer of our note. Just got letters last week from a new servicer who has “purchased” our loan, plus a letter from SLS confirming that the loan was “sold”.

SLS has a reputation of walking away if the home owner presses charges. The lender that purchased our fake note has a reputation for swiftly foreclosing.

We obtained copies of our loan papers from the county land records and compared them to the documents in the claimed loan package. My wife’s signature was clearly not the signature on the Note nor on the Deed Of Trust. The signatures were faked by Nations Home funding (out originator) or by Chevy, or DocX, or SLS.

SLS is trying to duck the upcoming court date in six weeks.

Our case against SLS is still a “go” because they hounded us for payments while we were going through Chapter 7, and continued to do so after Chapter 7.

Moreover, SLS ostensibly bought the note from Chevy Chase bank, but no letter was sent by Chevy when the note was “sold”, so the paper trail from Chevy to SLS is broken. Chevy is dead and gone, so we can’t go back to them for a copy of the notice of sale.

Incidently , The exact same day the above docs where filed ,Option one also filed releases using nationwide title clearing. Crystal More is the VP for them.

You can find originals at http://www.masslandrecords.com click south middlesex county. name is DOCX all caps.
To find the NTC releases change the name to Option One and date limit the search to 06/14/2006.
