It is always refreshing to hear that some members of law enforcement actually care about enforcing the law instead of just following orders. Great work, Captain Lapatin!

Unfortunately, none of the prosecutors care about enforcing the law because they take bribes to look the other way while the banksters rob and steal.

I still do not give the captain that much credit for stopping the eviction. He must also work to get back what was stolen from the Martinez’ and the owner, whereas they were defrauded by the bank. And what about all the others that were defrauded in his district? I’m sure one of my employers stole much from borrowers and investors in that district; it must all be recovered until I give that thug captain a “bravo.”

Soledad, Ca. 93960 loan acquired by federal housing/auction 3/15/11FannieMae, photo copy typed notice delivered by Fannies representative 3/17/11.Would walk home with me, unbekown to me, gave room mate cash4keys, approaching home 4/13/11 locks being changed/told vacant property??panick mode move & clean,called agent no answer, didn’t show when scheduled,not quite completely moved out, locked out/police state civil matter/fannie mae notice? what don’t you understand you no longer own the home you are tresspassing? this is illegal, too not avail, agent now says property looked abandoned,shutters closed,no refrigerator/stove, was not told too leave, own home 12 yrs./civil action;cannot afford legal representation, age 62 sent back to home pending shortsale,own more that one home??Met agent to get remainder of things Monday 4/18/11;no cash given, still had $9,000 shutters, water softerner osmosis, ?? This was a total play on servicers refusing to modify, dragging things along just for their own protection, the expensive home has been on sale for 2 yrs. this one now 12 months; was told they would modify when I moved back??? taking care of both homes, $400 a month, so who wins here? homeowners just want rate adjustment, to be able to pay the mortgage,

These men did a great job for these people. The politicians are who must be thrown out. They are completely corrupted and are no more than a bunch of tools. They are all useless to the American people and are no more than useful idiots for the New World Order. The politicians, the judges, they are all a complete disgrace. Fraudclosures are about no more and no less than pure greed.
