My apology for not reading every detail of the story here which did mention the fire district bill rewrite. I’m apoplectic over this crass robbery by Reagan and missed it. But I’m dead serious about people calling those two reporters and all reporters in the Phoenix area and revealing her as a crook. She has to be called on account for what looks to any reasonable person like taking a bribe to kill the bill.

According to the Arizona Republic web site, SB 1259 has been signed by the governor. This is the bill summary given by the newspaper: “SB 1259: Expands the definition of a noncontiguous fire district; gives such districts some additional powers.” WHAT? I’d read Reagan gutted the bill, but this is a total destruction if true. Please, everybody, research this to back up the assertion.

If this is true, then we need to get on the reporters to tell the full story. They are Alia Beard Rau at 602-444-4947 and Ginger Rough 602-444-8604 at the Arizona Republic, Searching the site at http://www.azcentral.com, the only reference to SB 1259 is the story linked above. Have they not been covering this critical issue at all? When Arizona is being slaughtered by foreclosures?

Reagan really, really needs to be investigated seriously. The smell of a quid pro quo is like a garbage dump. She’s sold out Arizonans to take care of herself. From a supposed fighter for the public to a goon for the banks. Reagan’s got her house, but has sanctioned taking away the homes of thousands of people it shouldn’t happen to.

I tried accessing the records but it appears that the records are blocked somehow…maybe because she is a representative…..anybody else have any luck to see if a satisfaction was recorded????

Okay Mr.Vondran, since you are an attorney did you happen to really listen to the interview with Ms. Reagan on Channel 5 news? Listen carefully as she blatantly points out “I don’t know if they know I am a lawmaker or not…”. It is obvious that she would not be so stupid to put that in any sort of letter to Colonial Bank as it would have very determental effects but to put it out there on the media (and I’m sure the attorneys for the Plaintiff were carefully watching this broadcast) now they know she is a lawmaker. So, she is basically saying, fix my mortgage or I’ll fix your ass! Bear in mind that she (Reagan) had to concur with the striker on the bill. So Colonial’s reps call the head of the clan (McLain) who has the power to nulify everything and I’m sure that created some sort of monetary if not otherwise valuable exchange, for her power to nix the bill and of course, Reagan concurs with the “deal” that she made and all took place on the very same day!!! That sir, is not coincidence, that sir, is bribery!!!!

You could be right, it may have all been for show but she didn’t help her reputation. If she intended this to be a ‘show of force’ and to try to get people to stand down, it backfired. She sold her soul.

Everyday I come here and read these stories and it is so obvious that they are all scrambling to fix this mess. The fact that it is all unraveling is proof that it was indeed a PONZI SCHEME HEIST.

They are everything you say they are and they have to live with that, their families have to live with them, their friends know. If I had done these things I would never show my face in public again.
