Yes they are aparently still signing assignments. Bryan Bly and Crystal Moore signed one of ours. There are so many other mistakes on them as well. They obviously do not go over what they are signing or they are idiots. Blatant mistakes. We are fighting a foreclosure in court and Nationstar has been all too silent since we’ve found this on our documents and brought it to their attention. Can anyone tell me if I have a fighting chance of ending this rollercoaster ride. We have been in loan modification hell for over 2 years now…
When the ‘system’ never makes a mistake that can’t be self-corrected while some lose their homes haven’t made ANY mistakes you have no law. Too many sheep allowing this country to be humiliated. I am absolutely embarrassed.

I predict that there will be some blanket amnesty for the mortgage/bankers issued by Congress before this fiasco is over. We have almost 2 million houses yet to foreclose as reported by a national tracking agency. You can only imagine how messed up these mortgages are. So. . . if it is ‘moral hazard’ for the derelict homeowner/borrower to benefit from his being defrauded the only answer is to ‘make right’ the fraudulent activity. We are seeing settlements that slap the hand of the perpetrator but do nothing to solve the problems they generated nor are they being held liable for their criminal act of forgery. Congress should absolve themselves of this mess that will haunt both parties and select a special prosecuting team composed of non-biased, independent investigators who have no dog in the hunt to investigate and hold those responsible criminally liable. Remember Enron? Isn’t it about time for a little hands on treatment of the banking industry?
ln this country we are reactionary and after the event sometimes find that the reaction is too little too late. In this case, Congress could have acted long ago to stop this nonsense and prevent many of today’s problems had they not been afraid of the banking industry and/or been joined at the hip with them.
It is time to stop the fraud, forgery and hold the industry accountable for their misdeeds. If it means homeowners benefit then . . .so be it! Its about time we benefited from our tax dollars isn’t it? In the end all homeowners would benefit because it would stabilize the market, find the bottom and begin recovery. There is no recovery in sight because future foreclosures continue to drop the market, put more people out of work and more houses underwater in value.

What “they” are doing is illegal, and just plain wrong on so many levels, but is unlikely to be treason. If, or rather when, we really go after “them” we need to make sure our arguments are solid, well supported, and well articulated. Otherwise they’ll just wiggle out of any unsubstantiated allegations and charges.
