What I see is Ms. Reagan tried to get her fake mortgage loan rescinded because of TILA violations by her pretender lender and then she suddenly gave up. Hmmmmm… She has a valid legal argument not only for herself but for all homeowners across the country. Why would she give up so easily? She obviously has a better footing than many of us do because she is not behind on her fake mortgage. .. It looks like Ms. Reagan may have hit the nail on the head and came a little to close to the TRUTH and the FANNIE/FREDDIE panic button. She really looks like a coward for backing down to the pretender lender. What did they tell her to make her back off is what we all would like to know. It looks like she let the people of Arizona down and she should fully explain herself. The people of her state were counting on her. She should feel ashamed to not tell them why she gave up.

Timing is everything. The jury is still out for me. I can imagine McClain’s ‘timing’ to strike this at the same ‘time’ Reagan’s lawsuit was dismissed could very well have been intentional. Should We the Poeple actually find out about it (I imagine the lobbyists knew it might leak out) McCain could sit back and watch our ‘discovery’ and see the blame being cast at Reagan. OTOH, Reagan had such a good case and the fact that she backed down confuses me. Why did she back down. I would like to see her address the ‘timing’ issue.

Yes, they can take awhile to update, but that would not be very good political maneuvering on the part of M. Reagan to accept a free house – that would be very obvious & provoke a lot of ire from the constituency – just my opinion here. Of course, I know more outrageous things have happened. In Karl’s video that McLain she-devil taunts Reagan about her “little problem”. There are some undercurrents and I’m not quite sure what is going on between those two, but M. Reagan almost looks embarrassed. If its about her house, she shouldn’t be embarrassed. But her manner suggested she had indeed caved to she-devil for whatever reason. I’ve corresponded with M. Reagan and she seemed decent & truly caring (I am not even one of her constituents) and I was relieved to know she had been preliminarily cleared, but she is a politician and one must stay on guard. Time will tell the outcome on M. Reagan. But meanwhile, traitorous Judas McLain needs to be recalled.

Looks like the banks did quite a number on Florida’s Retirement System! FL Rep Workman (Brevard) has a solution; take an additional 3% from the paychecks of all public employees to pick up the slack.
I guess that’s much easier than going back to the purveyor of these toxic securities and getting them to reimburse FRS like other investors, pension and retirement funds have done.
