Register of Deeds Jeff Thigpen Uncovers Possible Fraud by Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and MERS
Guilford County Register of Deeds Jeff Thigpen will hold a press conference in the Blue Room in the Old Guilford County Courthouse on Wednesday, May 6th at 10 am to reveal the findings of an internal investigation initiated after a 60 Minutes segment called “The Mortgage Paperwork Mess” that followed alleged fraud committed the company Doc X, owned by Lender Proccessing Services (LPS) and contracted with major mortgage and banking institutions including Wells Fargo, Bank of America and the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) Inc.
Register of Deeds Thigpen will be joined by Lynn Szymoniak, an attorney interviewed during the segment by 60 Minutes Scott Pelley. The findings of this internal investigation will be revealed and forwarded to the appropriate federal and state agencies including the Federal Reserve, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), and Office of Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
The findings will be submitted to Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, heading the 50 State Attorney General Investigations into Foreclosure Fraud, and North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper, current President of the National Association of Attorneys General for their consideration and the financial services institutions.
Register of Deeds Thigpen will also announce actions taken involving Lenders and Mortgage companies to address the findings of this investigation.

Okay stupid question;Why are lawyers ,judges ,paralegals and the court system itself so friggen TERRIFIED of common law?I mean you mention it and they run for cover or come up with some reason why it ‘s not common practice or whatever they can think of ?what is the big deal?
Mr. Thigpen got an email from me with a bout 14 “Linda Green” signatures. He said he was bringing them to his FBI meeting. Hopefully the announcement will be indictments. I doubt we will be that lucky though.
We will win this battle because it goes straight to the heart of the Statute of Frauds. The only way to lose is to turn a blind eye and rewrite the common law and let blatant fraud saturate the Land Records.
In less than 30 days the Attorneys representing Countrywide/Bank of America/Bank of America Home Loans Servicing, LLP, for the beneifit of USB Warburg Real Estate Securities Inc. (It should read UBS but it has always been written wrong by the lawyers and in the Public Trustee’s Records) will be filling the NED for the fourth time on and against my property. Their last attempt to foreclose ended on February 17, 2011 because they went an entire year without holding the sale and had to start all over again.
I recently found the Trust that my note was suppossed to have been sold to along with the Master PSA and now know for sure that there are at least 3 assignments missing from the note that were required to make the transfer to the trust happen…but none of the 3 transfers present now on the note are legally recognizable to begin with.
So when does the madness stop, how many times will the courts turn a blind eye to all of this? I am planning a preemptive strike before they file the NED by way of a suit to Quiet Title in hopes of getting these bankster/pretender-lenders shut down for good where my mortgage is concerned.
So, I am really hoping that tomorrows press conference has some bite in its bark that I can in turn use in my case. Everyone they mentioned that they investigated are involved in my case. When I got ahold of the Master Trust Agreement and the corresponding PSA I found out that Wells Fargo is actually the Master Servicer and Countrywide was only a sub-servicer to the Trust. It only took 8 years to come across this information.
I won’t bore you with more of the details, they are pretty much like all the other stories out there except that I’ve been in this fight for over 55 months now and for the moment I still have my home.
High hopes on tomorrows announcement with low expectations, the good news never really turns out to be as good as the hype, does it…..

Possible? They only found possible fraud?
I already convicted them of multiple types of fraud. Where have they been; they now only found “possible fraud?”
we all need to stop the foreclosures. these are not cars. families and children live there!!!! we are responsible adults if we could sell our homes we can not afford we would. making us default to help us jepordizing our credit is un excusable. cheat and steal to break us and get our houses. this implorable acts of fraud need to be stopped
