One way or another, until the REO inventory is cleared up, there will be no housing recovery. The Federal Government has refused to intervene and interfere with the market mechanism. We built too many homes for too few who could afford them. Undoubtedly, real estate value will continue to fall, and those who continue to pay their mortgages will get further hammered. Strategic foreclosures will increase. The electorate shows no inclination to subsidize mortgage payments for homeowners who cannot afford them. You may think that is unfair and inequitable. That does not change the fact that no one will step and financially rescue the American homeowner in default.The government is only going to do that for banks “too large to fail”. Forgive me for being the bearer of bad news.

I vent…We know they don’t own our homes….and as the man on the video said..AIG needs to be investigated….but what good does it do to investigate when the fox investigating works for the government? Look at all the investigating that has been done…and nothing has come of any of them. I vent…You and I and many others…know the government will not step in to help anyone outside of government and the financial industry. It would have been done long before now…they all know the scheme and the plans…and nothing will come forth from anyone in the form of any help. As you know they were told to follow the orders from the bastards from the multinational scums. Fear planted in the skulls as to what happened to JFK…and Princess Diana….and many others…who went against their commands. We all have wishful thinking, we all have ideas….but we are the victims and we have no one to turn to…except to hit the streets. There have been no protest, no massive crowds screaming for the government to come on the streets so we are face to face with them…we pay them a salary and benefits to protect the citizens of this country…not other countries…and they all have turned on us.. Yet…no one gets off their fannies and does anything about it…silence only makes it appear as we don’t care….writing on forums if fine but that does not have the same effect as hitting the streets in mobs…of course, I hate to see it have to go that far but it has now come into reality…If one would look at what is happening in the other countries…fighting for their rights.. That has not yet begun in this country…and time is running short….these foreclosures I now believe is a stall of time to pass……….WAKE UP AMERICA…..
