has taken a stand against the fraud that has been committed violating property law.

in a different era, brave young men stood up against segregation in Greenboro ,NC and refused to leave a lunch counter at woolworth’s.

the old woolworth’s has now been made into a museum for civil rights.

can you imagine the power if EVERY Register of Deeds brought forth the fraud that is in their counties?

I just emailed this news article to my County Clerk, Property Appraiser and several others.
Now I will send it to Florida Ag. Pam Bondi-not that she will ever see it or care even if she does.
I do believe that every tad of Info we share helps to let authorities know there are good ones like Jeff Thigpen doing what is right !

There is still a relentless class oriented push to penalize the lower hanging fruit – the borrower. Executives at Fannie Mae are relentlessly punishing borrowers, to cover their own asses.
I don’t know of any who “deliberately lied” other then true scam artists who were into flipping, gentrification or perhaps working for the benefit of Banks, Realtors, Title Companies and so on. When this bubble was in full inflation everyone was lying. I don’t like your comment – it implies punishment is needed for the victims, which just continues the insanity.

I have been fighting over two 1/2 years-hoping to save my home and clear this up before my 84 yr old Mother
goes to heaven.
Just this morning she was diagnosed with 90 % chance of lung cancer this morning !
She does not even smoke.
