I’m not a lawyer, PUT A MECHANIC’S LIEN, ON YOUR HOME…FILE/RECORD it at your local courthouse, realestate recording department. If you have had ANY work done to your home, or you have done ANY of the work on your home or land. Make sure you record it at your local courthouse before the lender forecloses on you. If you home is auctioned off or foreclosed the buyer / lender has to pay off the lien, to get “Clear Title of your home”. I put a mechanic’s lien against myself AND MY HOME for $774,000.00! If they want clear title, I GET MY MONEY BACK!!! If you did the work yourself, you still deserve to get paid for your labor, and of course, materials. In Va. the basic price per square foot in “2005” was $189.00 and is now as much as $400.00 per sq. ft. Call a local contractor and ask what they charge, total, per sq. ft. price, or Itemize your list of materials & labor (charge the same cost for labor as said trade, or whatever YOUR labor cost, by the hour, if it is higher than atleast $95.00 per man-hour. Call your courthouse, clerks office or information, where (what department, building, etc.) to file mechanic’s lien, where can I find the form to download? Do not worry about recording, they have to record whatever YOU WANT (and pay for), regardless if you draw your hand on a piece of paper, it is against the law for them to refuse. They can help you with the basics, but they CANNOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE. bring extra copies incase you messed up…

IF YOU DO THE ABOVE, FILE / RECORD A “MEMORANDUM OF LIS PENDENS”. This is a document which states, there is pending action involving your property and the property can not be sold…
or atleast that’s what mine states, I recorded it the day before my auction date.

a friend from florida called me last night to tell me matt T was talking to spitzer about fraudclosure.
i can’t get cnn anymore on basic cable.

thank God for Matt T and spitzer and dylan ratigan.
they have the balls to speak the truth.

Well saying they’re not murders would mean to me that they may have not pulled the trigger but they sure as hell have blood on their hands. They have murdered the American dream while stuffing themselves with countless billions of dollars. If Congress and “we the people” controlled the money flow (credit) as written in the Constitution those who were thrown in the streets to die it just plan and simple would not have happened. If one person dies because of this financial on-sloth then they are responsible. Budweiser can say whatever they want but the fact is their product kills people. Goldman Sachs product has cost people their lives they just died a little differently that’s all.
