If you want to afford college simply work for five or so years and bank the money. Don’t live in a dorm, go to public instead of private, go to a two year first and then transfer, There are weekly payment plans people can use to dramatically lower the amount and not need student loans.

Look there’s nothing wrong with getting a higher education..but if everyone can afford to do something then having it isn’t that big of a concept anymore. Next thing you’ll want is grade inflation to make sure those that aren’t bright still have a degree!

If you don’t pay money for something then you have no ethical right to complain about it. I’ve met those in the military and those that work for state governments that get a free college education. Some do quite well and study..but others figure since it’s on the governments dime why not drop a class…why not fail something..why not take a few more years…and thus the costs go up and up.

When people pay money for things they have a real right as to a say on things. Next thing you’ll try to claim is that poor people should count..well obviously if they don’t vote and don’t pay taxes why should they?

BTW you spelled “egineering” wrong. The reason why higher education is needed is mostly because high school isn’t a baseline. The funding levels are way off and there’s complete classes in some that aren’t offered in others. I went to a school that had latin, french and spanish. But I know a more affluent area that had chinese, russian and german in addition to what I had. Who has the upperhand? ok so that doesn’t stop anyone from trying to take a language in college.

We have high speed internet, pluming, power, cars, roads…we HAD an economy based on wants. Well what happened when people stop wanting..the wants go away. I ask because from what I have seen Doubling of your property tax is usually an indicator of large vacant parcel of land being involved with little building sq footage, they do this because the land was there first and will always remain there no matter what business sits on top of it. Again not knowing what state you live in you may want to pay very close attention to the property taxes on how many ever parcels you think you may own, in arrears property taxes that are sold to other investors can cause you to lose the actual home and or business that site on the property…PROPERTY TAXES TRUMP ANY MORTGAGE LENDER, THE COUNTY TAKES FIRST POSITION..

Apparently the lender feels they have a standing, and I have been in these proceedings to see what goes on, and if you DID NOT have counsel to represent you I would bet the judge advised you to get some and then work it out with the lender, am I right? No judge is going to FULLY DISMISS any action brought forth to them unless they are presented with 100% compelling evidence and argument from you, and even then the Lender who dragged you into court to begin with will be given time to respond to your allegations…BTW once you start hurling accusations in a court of law AGAINST YOUR LENDER or anyone else for that matter, now you BECOME THE ACC– USER and HAVE TO FULLY PROVE YOUR CASE, because in the USA the burden of proof is on the ACC– USER, not the ACC– USED so you had better lawyer up when you start shooting off your mouth because you can bet the lender will come with lawyers and remember you are on their turf, the court room and there are specific rules when in there so best of luck to you.
