The other Recorder is John O’Brien from MA. Actually, all the recorders in MA are going through their files now. Mr. O’Brien is now the lead on this.

There is a ROD in MI that is now doing the same thing.

Somehwere on this site I recently read a North County Recorder-named Thigpen & another County Deed Recorder did inventory and found thousands of UNPAID RECORDING FEES. County Court Clerks are taking notice-there was a letter sent by many County Recorders & Clerks to officially request a “SEAT AT THE BARGANING TABLE”. They have the facts and figures of all the illegal MERS & CLOUDED TITLES
