The vendor who got screwed by Sterns and stated that he trusted him. We the homeowners trusted the banks and the brokers too. It never was about living for free that’s for sure. And with that “free rent” goes defense lawyers, process servers, embarrassment from neighbors and shame–its heart attacts and strkes and shrink appointments to face the kids. Its changed schools and bad credit and living in the streets. U trusted stern? We trusted that our loans wouldn’t be modified by the banks before they were signed. They were bundled and sold before even signed and sold all over the world. The lawyers are crooked just like the servicers who try to get the keys of a house they do not own. I am prose now on a case where Wells stole the house when BOA is doing a mod and you tell me – we want free rent? U had to know he was crooked out of the box unless u don’t have a basic understanding of real estate 101. I can look thru thousands of fraudulent assignments and spot a lot of 200 robo signers in a second flat. U trusted him? Were u a signer? What kind of human puts their unauthorized signature on thousands of recorded fraudulent documents??? Big balls or stupidity!? We do know what we are talking about I have been investigating Sterns sick n fraudulent joke for work for years. He is a professional thief, rapist, liar and scum. The devil owns him all of him. He is too far gone now. The only peace that we shall all have is when mr stern and his friends are in jail and his mansion goes into the auction block to pay his own legal. Have fun with the devil David and for the former vendor I will pray for your soul. U really should aid in the investigation and learn from your devil driven mistakes. I will pray for your soul and hope there is time for you to be righteous and learn from your mistakes and underhanded fraudulent deals. May God be able to save you before the devil ruins your soul too. Call me I would love to discuss how being a vendor for stern really was and what u r doing to do to help those who’s lives he still has not ruined. Look up the suicide levels in florida over the last few years and try to sleep well. We were F-ed by the banks the lawyers and the law. Ur business suffered alittle bit. Hrm… I am in a house that Aurora is trying to foreclose on, having previously been represented (albeit incompetently) by Stern. If Stern’s allegations are non-frivolous, should it not be the case that, even in the unlikely event that Aurora can prove its standing to foreclose on my house, under no circumstances should a judgment handing over ownership of my house in fee simple to Aurora occur, because my house might instead have to go to Stern in order to satisfy any judgment he might have of Aurora?

Is there any way this can be tied up in costly litigation for these parties for the next ten years?

I lost a lot and I was not even a homeowner so Stern did not care who he screwed nothing means nothing to him. You my friend do not know what is actually happening….were you a RE investor or
did you buy a home you could not afford some of you are living rent free and some want your houses for free that’s not right either listen I want a Bentley I will not buy one unless I can afford the payments so don’t throw stones just like you got hurt the Vendors got hurt we trusted him he just went crazy when the files were taken away from him….yes your files are screwed up , and I would be made as hell also
this was all done make shift there was an avalanche and no enough man power. If you haven’t paid your
mortgage in months you are at fault as well if you were tricked into a mortgage I am sorry for you if you are just taking advantage living for free I would take responsibilty or else this will never get fixed .

David Stern is suing because he never takes responsibility for anything….
it’s everyone’s fault but his UNLESSif he wins or the banks settle with STERN then
he has something on the banks that they do not want to get out. STERN has dodged a lot of bullets
in his career and probably feels like he is a teflon Don we will never know what really happens unless
all this comes out so …let the games begin he is not going to give up he has a huge EGO he’ll go down
fighting. Stern doesn’t care about anyone except himself not his employees, not the community of Florida,
not even his family ….shame on him he caused so many people useless pain . If Stern only had it in him to do the right thing and make sure his company was run the right way …the money got in the way and now he will have to go to jail and there is no money there except for candy….

how could david stern file this lawsuit accusing the big banks for not paying their bills? how could these banks could pay if the law firm systematically induced to defraud by manufacturing all documents needed in order to foreclosed? unless, the banks told the law firm OK you could do what you want in order to foreclose, but if we will being sued and caught then the law firm will lost the revenues from the banks.

i love to read the lawsuit and how they plead it. hope by suing each other we could finally find out if these banks are in concert with david stern or the judges in florida.
