JA….You are so right on…..we are all getting fed up….this is the worse nightmare and to think everywhere has the smell of fraud, lies, corruption…no jobs, no homes,…i guess we all should have been crooked bastards for many years too….that wasn’t my nature as I was raised different…but let me tell you if I had only known what was being pulled…and yes…Washington is to blame…THEY LET IT HAPPEN. AND WE PAID THEIR SALARIES, PENSIONS, HEALTH INSURANCE..GOOD TIME PARTIES PLUS PLUS PLUS….FOR MANY YEARS…..FORCED TO PAY INCOME TAXES WHEN THERE WAS NO LAW..IT WAS THE LAW OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE WHO OWNS THE IRS….AND SOCIAL SECURITY WE PAID INTO FOR MANY YEARS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT PROGRAM, IT BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE AND THE BRITISH ( QUEEN) HAS CONTROL OF THAT…CONSIDERS THAT A DEBT (TAX) ON THE 13 COLONIES….AND OBAMA THREATENS US THAT WE MAY NOT GET OUR CHECKS? EXC– USE ME…FRIG THE HISTORY OF THE 13 COLONIES…AND THE SAME GOES FOR THE FEDERAL RESERVE…END IT NOW..IT’S NOTHING BUT AIR…..FULL OF HOT AIR….SO NOW DOES EVERYONE SUE THE DEPT. OF EDUCATION FOR TEACHING FALSE INFORMATION FOR MANY MANY YEARS? ARE WE ALL TO BE WHISTLEBLOWERS AND REPORT THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY WAS THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF? THAT’S WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD DO….REPORT THAT WASTE OF GOVERNMENT TO THE HOTLINE……..SWAMP THEM WITH CALLS…..THE GOVERNMENT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

watch out for Marshall Watson’s law firm. received a letter of notice of filing dated Aril 25,2011 and in it they sneaked a document dated December 22, 2010. This almost six months after I petition the court to fine the bank and rule in my favor. The bank never responded and here it is almost a year later and and all I receive is a notice of filing. If I had not responded to the Bank trying to foreclose within the 20 or 30 days allowed I would be on the streets by now. If I am not mistakened the bank has defaulted by not responding in time allowed. Still standing guard, don’t know how they plan to manipulate court system to get by this one.

In reply to Mary Huff. Stay in your house and call your local chief of police. Tell him you are not leaving as you can prove that YOU own your house. Inform him that if you are removed by force, they will be liable under Title 18 of the US Code for Violation of your Constitutional rights, by force. This is a federal felony. If they do remove you, file a criminal complaint on this basis.

In reply to NANCY DREW. I'm glad he got arrested. We are looking for the banks are who defrauding us out of our homes to see prison time. The government only acted because they were being defrauded. Nonetheless, it is still one less scumbag waltzing around.
