No worry for banks/servicers if there is a Saturday Earthquake….
They will collect the Insurance-Replacement costs.
Banks are ripping off Insurance companies too !
FEMA-for sure-I witnessed FEMA paying a Flood Claim to Owner&Bank $85,000. (eightfive thousand dollars). The owner had tenants-evacuated-water 3 feet high in newly remodled house.
Servicer Foreclosed, kept the FEMA Check and never entered the $85 thousand deduction from the
Court Approved Auction Figure-no record of it anywhere or Pay Off Balance for the Homeowner !
Who got the INSURANCE ? It is the same with PRIVATE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE-when you finally prove your claim & settle-THE BANKS TAKE THE FUNDS AND DO NOT APPLY TO THE MORTGAGES. Florida has a SINKHOLE PROBLEM-caused by POLITICIANS & BANKS & INSURANCE SUCKING IT ALL AWAY !

After 3 yrs. of this, Pam Bondi & Rick Scott have only made it worse-appears to be getting even worse.
It was great to comment/reply to those that still call us “Deadbeats”-just pay your bills people.
