I found the PROOF and it was not hard to find, that the attorneys, the banks and the judges are all connected and intertwined and are working together as one evil criminal enterprise to steal homes for the GSE’s, FANNIE AND FREDDIE THAT THEY DO NOT OWN. The Attorneys have worked for the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICES and THE JUDGES and now REPRESENT FANNIE AND FREDDIE. These attorneys are disguised as banks or mortgage servicers to steal the homes of the american people that they DO NOT OWN for the GSE’s, THE ORIGINATORS OF THE MORTGAGE FRAUD PONZI SCHEME , FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC.. I have to agree with you on this, it is phonemal and it is going to get worst…..it is a matter of time before the property prices start to come down and if you tell somebody, and I tell somebody who is looking to make a purchase that is not the time, because the banks are still writing people into bad loans then you know the prices will continue to fall. I have had one of the worst experience with this of my life, but what I do know is that it is not over and they know they don’t have title to the property….Too make matters worst they are all hiding behind the b.s. that we foreclosed on you when they know good and samn well foreclosed took place, no matter how they look at. I experience the realtor and some of his folks coming into my home stealing paperwork and replace it with their bogus b.s. and think I did not have a clue. They even went so far to put a roof on the garage that leaks worse than it did before them and the courts swindle me out of it. To make matters worse they came into my home and cut wires on the refrigerator right before the HAMP program started, then had the nerve to send paperwork to Home Credit Law Center and tell them they sold the Property in May 2009, which warrants a breach of Contract M & T Bank and Vernon Harris of Public Realty. They even went so far as to try and get me to sell the home to another Realtor in hopes that I would do some stud padasso stuff like they pulled in hopes of putting me in a real trick bag but that failed so when this ball does roll they better have some original documentation and not something that the robo signatories did for them, because it will not work. There will be lawsuits filed in all of this!!!

Seems one of the Attorneys for ARONBERG GOLDGEHN DAVIS & GARISMA by the name of WILLIAM J. SERITELLA, JR., also worked in the past, for many of the judges in COOK COUNTY, ILL. WOW, MASSIVE FRAUD, CORRUPTION AND DECEPTION.

I will try all the above suggestions, plus, I thought I would contact FDIC to see how much BOFA will get off of my foreclosure. It seems they will profit, so no motive to work something out with me. I have blatant evidence that they grossly overvalued my home. They will receive some kind of $$$ from FDIC and a tax deduction, plus the resale of my home for a quarter of the value it was sold to me for. My daughter asked me why the banks wont just let us have our house for what they would be willing to auction it off for. I told her that the banks will make more money if they foreclose on us and sell to someone else, rather that give it to us for the auctioned out amount. I purchased home for $264,000. BOFA fraudulantly appraised it for that exact amount, while it was really only worth between $80,000 and $130,000. Even county tax assessor lowered my tax value. I will never buy a house again. I’ve been a single mom for 22 years and this is the 3rd house I bought. This is the only house that has incomplete paperwork, all with only MY signature, no one else signed. Will county recorder have other signatures? Like witnesses or MERS? My other loans have many signatures. This loan is interest only for 10 years. It IS a PREDATORY mortgage loan!
