OMG!!! Even the notaries names on the attachment to the copies of the notes are fictitious. There were no notaries at the closings. I have a bank V.P. from a failed bank and an Asst. Bank V.P. who are fictitious on Allonge to Note, I have a judges name robo-stamped on an my fraudclosure dated from Nov. 2010 when I was making trial period payments. He is an Il Supreme Ct. Judge. You can get docs from docstoc.com like Allonges to Note with these fictitious bank V.P.s names on them. Evil on steroids! I found out today on you tube video featuring a crooked judge from Cook County, We have the higest fraudclosure rate in the country. Something like 3000 a month. Not one local media news outlet even mentions this at all. For the love of God, how could anyone believe this was not an evil plan from the inception? They want a nation of renters. Not long ago I read an article where where a Wells Fargo spokeswoman said they never advise homeowners to stop paying their mortgages. Either she doesn’t know her job or she is lying. More people need to come forward and tell the world that “yes” they are telling people to default. Wells Fargo needs to go down.

you forgot the appraisers. they all wanted their jobs they needed to eat. they didnt know they would cause what they did. a home in 2006 sells for 238 and in 6 months of the same year (3/2005-10/2005) sells for 280k he used this on my appraisals as a comp and i also had astraw bought home which increased the saleprice of a house being sold. both were used on my appraisals as comps for my property value. al fruadulent ways of property valuation. any type of irrelevantt or skewed comps are not supposed to be used. but who was watching the hen house no one.wells fargo under writer did not do their job and investigated the appraisal therefore i am sitting on a severley underwater mortgage. who wells fargo told me to stop paying before i could get help.
