You don’t get servers trying to serve if you don’t have credit cards. If you don’t have the cash you don’t
need whatever you’re using to buy with someone elses’ money. No credit cards here since 1993, and I had sterling credit when I paid off in full and canceled every card I had. Plus when you get junk mail that is pre approved credit cards, either shred them or burn them as putting them into the trash is opening yourself to identity theft. Also find out if you live in a state where your wages can or cannot be garnished
by an entity other than the state for child support or the IRS for back taxes owed. The statute of limitations on unsecured debt (credit cards) is two years, and the companies issuing them has insurance on each account for default. So they do not ever lose their money. It is best if you’ve got credit cards, to stop using them, plan on paying them off and canceling them.. If the people of America would cancel, stop using credit cards a lot of the mess we’re dealing with in personal debt would be cleared up.
Americans need to start planning for rainy days, so when the bottom falls out they’re not landing on their backs feet up. Every little bit you can save back will in the future become your way of staying afloat. Whatever it takes in each person sacrificing for themselves and their family means one day more of being free and self sufficient.

This is just the beginning- my son was gainfully employed at 18, and then lost his job soon after. He had a Capital One card issued to him and he also had unemployment protection. he has not been able to find a job since and has been apprenticing to learn to be a photographer. For the 1st 6 months he could not log in topay because Capital One did not believe it was him- REALLY? why did you send him a Card Capital One? We had to go to his PNC bank and the Bank Manager had to call Capital One and confirm with his ID that he is who he said he is- Born in Baltimore MD now a DC resident for over a decade. That was not good enough; we had to have his Birth Certificate taken back to the bank and his SS card to prove that this was him. An American with an American name – for six months they screwed with him but promised not to charge him late fees. As his limit went over for late fees and bullshit charges we called a dozen times and he could not log in. A year later we got a settlement notice for $500. I was laid off work and so was he due to the collapse of our country and I we made a settlement with Capital One verbally on the phone and my $389 unemployment check for the week would settle the account. We do everything electronically to keep records. I year and a half later a bill arrives for $1220 dollars and then a process server tries to break into our secured building. 2 times he was sent away by security who was willing to sign for the document- he stated that he must make in person service. At 11am this morning I have a man trying to break down my front door. My door is sealed on the bottom to avoid menus and I have burglar bars (i live in a luxury building but crime is rising. Long story short my peep whole is “missing” and I ask who it is – he is the same process server who trespassed once and was sent away. he tries to shove the summons under my door but my rug and burglar bar pushes it back- I called security and had them call the police. He said I touched the summons and that is all he needed- WRONG- it must be served to a person in the home 18 or over and mentally competent and it was left on the hallway floor as a he ran. I also have cameras all over the building and I am awaiting his sworn testimony as to who he served in person and filling criminal charges for trespassing in a secure building.

He tried to threaten me verbally except I know my rights and I cocked my paintball gun and told him- if he breaks in he will be shot. IN DC you must serve in person and if you can’t it is illegal to leave a summons on the floor – a judge must approve it to be posted on the door if all effort fail within 40 days.

BE WARE OF FALSE CREDIT CARD BULLIES PROBABLY NOT EVEN PROCESS SERVERS NOW TRYING TO THREATEN YOU AND SCREAM IN YOUR HALLWAY FOR AN UNDUE CREDIT CARD DEBT-

At most, it was deception on the other part, not a “criminal act”. That is the only way they can justify their salaries is by tagging a few dozen a year. It’s sick we actually pay for this environment.

Semi-independent branch…branch of what? Office of Inspector Gemeral ? Independent means not connected to others….so making them semi-independent …means partly….where is this ‘ group ‘ the rest of the time ? Is this why the government has gotten to big under Obama? Seems THIS semi just moves along and when needed it attaches to a trailer ( another department)…..Boy..this whole set up of government was planned just as the attack on America by the multinational fraudster banksters. Where is the department that gets the warrants to search all the banks….without warning.? Was that left out of the ‘ blueprints’ ???????????

A neighbor of mine had his house swat team target practiced on for calling and telling the polcie he had had it with the mayor giving him a job, having him move here and then canceling the job, and now the bank repossesing his new home, that he was going to commit suicide. The Swat team called the mayor to watch and used the guys home for target practice from 6PM to 2 AM (over kill for sure) broke out every window, crushed open the door and garage doors with a robot. Never tried to talk to hiim. He was not threatening them he was threatening himself. The neighbors next door to him had to get low and move to the other ends of their house while the swat team used the distraught mans house for costant target practice through the nignt, then claimed they found him shot by his own gun hiding in a steel bathtub. Something wrong with that picture. The mayor patted the swat team on the back for a job well done.
