The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 as well as the Operating Circulars of the Federal Reserve give them and especially Ben Bernanke the ability to act at their own discretion disregarding anything anyone may say or do. The Federal Reserve Act states that every Federal Reserve Note shall be an obligation of the United States. There is interest attributed to each note. The debt ceiling must be raised regardless of the deficit talks. There is already too much interest generating Federal Reserve notes, commercial paper, GSE’s and everything else the Federal Reserve issues as an obligation to the United States. Our government can not force the Federal Reserve to print money and our government can not stop the Federal Reserve from printing money. All obligating paper issued by the Federal Reserve is at their exclusive discretion. The only way to get the United States of America back is to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and have our government regulate the currency as the Constitution outlines.

Congress has not suspended the Constitution, so we are not under Posse Comitatus. There is a critical argument for this. Congress only derives it’s powers from the Constitution. Should they suspend it, and call for Martial Law, only the Military Commander could restore it (since Congress would no longer exist). There is no article in the Constitution allowing this authority, only the powers of the federal government to help the states quell insurrections.

The Rex84 exercises clearly showed that this would not work under any scenario. The government realized it is much easier to fight wars on foreign soil. Two major issues were identified. The Congress does not want to usurp their own power to anybody. The other is the stresses on troops due to the very real fears for their families.

Good for you Fury. Where was this SWAT incident? Have you noticed how totally out of line and aggressive some of these cops have gotten? Some of them treat everyone like they are a criminal or a thug. Everything has gotten way out of control. I have unmarked black helicopters flying over my house everyday. My daugter woke up one morning and told me Mom, I have been hearing helicopters flying over our house all morning. What is going on? This is all ridiculous. They want us to live in fear. F—-THEM.

Yes, they all have a gambling sickness. Just last fall CNBC reported that the CME was gambling on the weather and the NYSE was gambling on the end of the world. They can’t keep the Ponzi Scheme going without us and it looks like they are running out of things to gamble on. If they kill all of us, they are also killing themselves. They remind me of the movie Rat Race. Anyone see that one? It is about a bunch of really rich sob’s who gambled on some everyday people racing to collect a million dollars. It is probably more reality than some would probably think.. There is just way too much wealth and power in the hands of a few hundred greedy bastards. That all needs to end. They have taken this way too far and they are all completely out of control.
