There is something wrong going on … ever hear that expression, “there is something fishy in Denmark”? Well there is something Fishy here in the Good ol US of A. Notice the TV news and most of the major web-sites are not mentioning any of this. Just recently AOL has removed anything remotely dealing with this issue. Abigail Fields use to comment once or twice a week and keep us all posted. It was if some magician came in and poof she was gone. I don’t understand …. personally it is a simple fix .. all they have to do is Follow the rule of Law. It is that simple, but since it is so vast and they have broken the law in so many ways with so many people involved … Where in the world would you start? Oh let’s start here …. but wait we have problems in Pakistan and in Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Mexico, and the list goes on and on with not to mention …. wait I have to tweet 6 girls I want to have sex with and I got to take a few pictures and if that isn’t enough I got my other girl friend pregnant 7 years ago and I got to keep it from my wife.
To put it bluntly …. We are so Fck’d.

Be sure you check the MERS website and see the status of your loan. Most likely B0A is your serivcer.
The data at MERS will at least give that, and if the loan is still active. This is important. It will also let you
know if B0A is your lender or your servicer.

Try something different … first are they your lender or servicer? If they are your servicer, which I suspect since they are not willing to work with you. If this be the case, get ready to roll your sleeves up, you have work to do. You can write me at webnova@aol.com ….. Needless to say BOA is who we have to deal with too.My husband has lost his job of 25 years,he found another job asap but is only now making half of what he used to make.We have been current on our mortgage payments up untill our income status drastically changed.We have been trying to get our loan modified but to no avail.The BOA shot us down not once but twice…meanwhile we fall deeper into a hole.This has created major health problems for us..we can’t take care of ourselves properly due to our lost health insurance.We also have a 9 yr old autistic son who needs healthy parents to keep up with his needs.We both work full time jobs and both juggle the care of our son…BOA is really terrible..they are NOT helping us to save our home and how can we get help???We want to keep our humble home that we created for our son..what do we do???so very distraught over this..ALL REPLYS WELCOME!!!

It’s curious whenever an investigation is started, the group doing the digging never has the authority
or power to enforce something as simple as a court order.

Got a call today, had complained too AIG and whoever would listen; wanted to know why property that I had owned 12 refused any assistence/foreclosed less than 1 yr./priccy residence should have been sold by now;received a phone call, nothing they can do, didn’t qualify due to income?how would they know that they refused to even consider?Made comment once again that loan was bought by Federal Housing?What? nothing they could do about that?Just lies and excuses and they type out whatever is in their favor and will of coarse send me a copy, since they will forward a copy to AIG and etc.;once again asked about prior residence improper foreclosure, already sold move on?asked about agent representing Fannie Mae, illegal entry lies made?doesn’t’ matter move on, we are only too work on your current residence?no that wasn’t the question that was asked to be resolved?Now given someone that I will personally deal with to handle sale of home, unless change in income?? sale date July? going on 2+yrs., Can’t speak for Federal Housing, however Bank of America will do everything it can too keep you in your home?So if you couldn’t make any adjustments why has my life been on hold living out of a suitcase, moving from one residence to the other??Now senior on ssd? 8 months no income would put you behind on most everything. I know they have adjusted payments for some borrowers most had legal representation, More false statements, false promises, should have walked away from all properties from day one, would have rebuilt ones life by now. If you can’t trust the Federal Housing/Fannie Mae if you can’t count on the Presidents Program to be able to represent you, HOPE??? What a group of liars they have never wanted to help, just ask me I have stacks of paperwork started sending 4 yrs. ago before the bottom fell out, so go figure. and Now we hear that they are investigating 2010?? maybe they should try 2011 nothing has changed, and California is the worse state for lenders taking full advantage, and Mers qualifies as lender??that is fine until you discover the note is changed without your knowing it??? Need to just shutup and move on.
