• Only 16% of assignments of mortgage are valid
• 75% of assignments of mortgage are invalid.

To add: I am recusing because the FEDERAL JUDGE is allowing the FRAUDULENT AFFIDAVITS and THREE Mortgage Documents and the ILLEGAL DISCHARGE of mortgage in. I have shown absolute certified PROOF that it is all BOGUS BULL S – – -! So, I am stating that this was presented to the court as a FRAUD UPON THE COURT, and he is allowing it?? NO, NOT IN MY LIFETIME. This is now FRAUD BY THE COURT. He has not given me the PROTECTION of the LAW, under the Constitution. You bring fraudulent documents to court, you lose. Also- food for thought- when your note was securitized/converted to a stock- did the alleged lender disclose that to you? if they did not- wouldn’t that make a contract null and void? Here’s something else I was thinking about, if your signature monetized the note and they converted your note into a stock-shouldn’t you receive proceeds from that stock? Just thinkin’ out loud.

You just file a Motion to Recuse. Just google it ” How to recuse a Judge” some sites give a pre-printed form and reasons you can use. I usually caught the Judge doing or saying something that is prohibited. Like: Your adversary and the Judge had private conversations and you were EXCLUDED. This happens ALL THE TIME. Be alert at the hearings and you will find COLLUSION. I just won a ruling against the Appraiser and Company. Now the judge makes this REMARK that I proved my case and showed the FRAUD, so they can not be DISMISSED. Good right? Yea, But then he states: ” But she may have a hard time proving it at trial?” I want him off. He has NO BUSINESS making this remark in the COURT ORDER. So he is BIAS, in his thinking that I won’t be able to do the trial pro-se? I am also using the DEFENSE that all Judge’s have admitted to being BIAS on pro-se litigant’s.
