fury ……has he came on tv once and reassured us that he will take care of the fraud and keep us in our homes and big capitol NO. i am to so disapointed in everything scams every where. i have to vent this one…..my husband got a ticket in macon georgia on our way to chicago gett eh date 4/24/2010. the lied about the speed becausw we had florida plates and he new we did not know thier system. so i higher a lawyer who doesnt show to any hearing i pay the lawyer 350$ ok thinking they are going to go to court for me i get “non” appearance letter yo pay 200$ then i call the lawyer he says he will take care of it a month later i get a collection noticw=e for 280$ ok now this is crazy i pay the 290$. wait for court. i do not here any thing i call the lawyer no answer i call the sherrif in georgia they wont help me then i call the court house. they would not help me. it was 2 ladies all i wanted was someone to be nice and assist me or give me a supervisor neither lady would help me. the second one told me i was going to be sued for harrassment nice right calling for from another state afterr being frauded by a lawyer. i then hang up now worried about another lawsuit i try the lawyer again he answers. says he tried to call 5 times and left an email nope none. all a lie. so now i wonder what we are looking. he can have my 1st born and his name aint moses either.. so its not just in foreclosure we are getting harrassed all aspects of dealing with any lawyer , court in any state. stressed iout from this foreclosure crap now i have to deal with an harrassment case from georgia oh my god. what do i do . anny suggestions anyone. they want me to report this lawyer to my sherrif, our sherif doesnt investigate local crimes geze. i am sickened this one ticket is costing of 1k. i know economy is down but georgia is rediculous and you get harrassment charges if you question their actions. guess this year we stay home. oh yeah we are no money

I agree with you on the fakes getting disability….but not all are fakes….usually when someone applies for it without a lawyer, they are turned down maybe 2 or 3 times..than they get a lawyer and things change….sounds odd but that is the truth. At least that was how it use to be done cause I know of a few cases that pulled that….and they got disability….YES…it pissed me off cause my husband had a massive heart attack at 37 years old and they found he also had cancer…and he was turned down and we had no money for a lawyer. We got nothing from no one. This was in the later 60’s. But thru the years it seems everything lost the rules and laws…that is why this country has lost alot of respect for government…it was a free for all. No different than what Washington has pulled on the people. Yes, some of us can honestly say we are the victims.
