Have you ever really READ the information on the MERS website? It is a ‘PROCESS’ and a ‘Database’. of transactions. MERS states on their own website that MERS is NOT to be a beneficiary.

Also, MERS does NOT meet the requirement for being a TRUSTEE. In my own state of CA, there are rules that allow a LOT of latitude on who can be a Trustee. MERS does not meet the criteria. MERS is not a Trust Bank, it is not an attorney, it is not a CPA, etc.

Susan, I have uncovered that is illegal for a lender to bring a foreclosure complaint on a cloudy title. The judges know this. This is bullshit. Foreclosures are illegal if they do not have a complete loan history from day 1 to today. Even with my commercial property I found out it is illegal for the pretender lender to put a property in recievership before being granted a foreclosure. BUT THEY DID IT.
