Talk about a big identity theft oppurtunity! So if any note is BLANK Endorsed… and anyone says it’s mine….I’m not even allowed or should I say-the courts are prohibiting the knowledge- for me to know who or what is sueing me and who or what my money and or property will go toand Im being giving very little leverage to prove it’s not me…Its not mine..thats not who or what I agreed to….even though the note owner is the only one who had standing to destroy my personal individual and real person reputation on public record…forever..as far as I know it could be owned by….Pam Bondi herself…or her or her friends or her pension fund or the judges or his number one son or his little princess…or anyone, anyone good, anyone bad, anyone at all…or..no one! Thats right..it could be noone at all…or worthless junk handed over by a garbage truck hauling away Countrywides garbage….thatsbthey didnt want to stand up and fight for themselves…for some reason. The note owner profits bug time, tens of thousands hundreds of thousands millions even…and they get to tax deduct every cent they spent on defedning this paper from countrywide gone wild… if you lose….if they lose..yep its still alll tax write off….but not for you and me…still wondering why everyones being foreclosed on and why everyone forclosed on looses? Why else would the IRS allow well know corporate raiders oh a mean crooked countrywides bad debt bad debt buyers to collect so called bad debt from companys who have admittingly violated every licensinsing restriction and every regulated financial policy and law??…simply take every defunct company paper printing loan mill…and sue anyone they “think” did business with them? WHY? MONEY!!! Because they are all sitting on a mountain of almost free…BLANK ENDORSED BAD DEBT from BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE GONE WILD….but what if the IRS Charges us for the face value of the notes but not them? Its court fraud to sue knowing that the note is worthless..yet are they acknowledging that a foreclosed full note has value and then paying the windfall IRS taxes on the purchase from countrywide? I lets see arrangment? And who does the check go too? Not countrywide! Then who, who sold the paper….who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? The secret incognito protected by the courts “owner” who will be forever known as “BLANK ENDRSED” on the note the “human being” who performed the BLANK stamp? Probably not and even they must have a name and an authority…from a licensed and active business…or it defaults to an individual and individual taxes on them. Either way both sides of each and every trasaction are tracked by the IRS..unless it’s all fake…unless Countrywide fled to escape what they thought was jail time so fast they didn’t “endorse” the funny paper notes…someone ele..like Wells says dont worry we can get a judge somewhere to clean the title chain…through forclosure, its been done before…look at the deeds belonging to slaves before federal constitutional law was forced to stop the judicial system from taking a mans land or his life without “due process”. This is not due process and its happening all over again. So what to do? Talk about BLANK ENDORSEMENT ON NOTES AND HIDING ASSETS and accountability to the citizens, whether they ruin the judges chances of getting reelected or not….it’s called Honor,…your Honor.

So we cant sue them? So the “note” if it of questionable legitimacy racovered from questionable out of business financial companys-corporate raiders loot which may or may not be worth a cent, but unless they get a forclosure they are worthless if not being paid on….andthere you are…Can the IRS charge takeover companys of countrywide and Wachovia et all defunct be taxed for the full value of the note when its BLANK ENDORSED, when its exchanged or changes hands…its an asset isnt it?? legal and do they have a conflict of interest in the collection and ownership of this note? It may be that the note BLANK ENDORSED” belongs to court pensions fund or hand it over real quick and now it belongs to the private company or individual like Mr Trump or the homeless guy on the street or someone in jail for life…or pass it to poltheice or the political group o the government itself may own your notes!!!…This would create a conflict of interest and VOID the NOTES!.mortgage companys are being allowed to destroy reputations with filing foreclosures into permanent public record unchecked…yet the actual owner of the notes are so called BLANK ENDORSED so anyone who possesses them is the owner they claim…you cant write BLANK on a check or anything else…it must be trackable….these mega companys are created by human beings…humn beings must be 18 years old have social security crads and licenses and insurance…so why cant we know there names? Why cant we counter claim against them with there real names and there real home addresses like they do us…are they hiding assets? Are they pendtion fund owners belonging to the judges and the police and the government? We dont know and the law says these people are more “special” then us so they can be incognito==BLANK.

I lived in Routt County…..ski town, USA..To be specific…and let me tell you…the Colorado AG system is bogus, too. The AG office was, by law, set up to be the protector of inter- agency offices in the State….and has nothing to do with upholding the law…and sure as hell..not protecting the little guy…hell no!

Pam Bondi is such a joke. I’ve been saying it since even before she became AG. She is a weak puppet, at best. So many people, especially consumers, were excited when she became AG, but I kept telling them that she is a fake. Next time you better listen to me.

And don’t go thinking that my former AG, Ohio’s Richard Cordray, cares the slightest about honesty and justice, whereby he’d be good in the Consumer Protection Agency; he is also a fraud.

R in colorado you are so lucky you left. what county did you live. consider yourself the lucky few that got out when the going was good. i was scammed down in s. florida with property taxes. of course sold to excape and now they came down (who would have thought) i was goin to move to missouri but values had been rising there to so we are in plan B, the gulf coast to start over. which now because of appraisal fraud and mortgae application fraud, modification fraud, and soon to be foreclosure fraud we are waiting to see what happens. wish i was not part of all this but i am. i nominated I Vent to be leader of the 2nd generation continental congress i need a second. we need to recall all elected officials that have a conflict of intrest in these issues or elected officials whom want noting to do with helping homeowners. not all are dead beats sorry. wells fargo told me not to pay. to apply for hamp i had to be in eminent defualt. so never missed a mortgage payment before wells fargo telling me this. so no all you thinkers that we are dead beats. tell a contract hold to break a contract null and voids that contract.

You haven’t seen anything yet, there is still political redistricting, citizen admendments against Governor Scott’s policies to make the State more business friendly that will disappear, Pino v BONY being almost heard before the Florida Supreme Court and the 2012 elections with the electronic voting machines and the annual “cannot vote lists”. of individuals believed to be ineligble because they are unrepublican.

We got the best politicians that corporate money can buy and if we are noit diligent in 2012. We’ll lose more rights and priviledges.
So be grateful that these people are so obvious ini their actions.

Bondi is yet another example of why there are dumb blonde jokes. Forgive me….she makes blonde jokes look smart.

This woman is an lying, no-good, ineffective, sefl-serving douche’ bag ! I can’t believe for one moment she, herself, isn’t directly involved with these document mills. And how their buildings are still standing is beyond me. I figured someone would have burned them or blown them up by now.

I gues the good nature of people of the state are to blame. But how the hell did these same people of Florida elected her, I have no idea. if I lived there, I’d do everything I could to get her removed from office……be it petitions or finding some dirt on her and getting it on the 10 ‘O clock news.
