The Bondholders/Sponsors don’t hold anything they are a creditor to the trust. The Treasury sold the securities to the bonds to WALL STREET and the FED who sold only an investment in a money flow that dried up when the shit loans the Sponsor GSE’s backed went sour. The IMF is the biggest shareholder in the GSE’s. That means the IMF invested in those now worthless bonds that Fannie and Freddie hold as well as the pretender lenders like Chase, Bofa and Wells Fargo who are also owned by the IMF/WORLD BANK…..THE NEW WORLD ORDER. It looks like Wall Street/THE BANKSTERS and the Fed dumped all of their UNSECURED NOTES into a Global Trust. A GLOBAL TRUST OF A LOT OF TOXIC WASTE THE FOREIGN MULTINATIONALS INTENTIONALLY CREATED TO TURN AMERICA INTO A NATION OF RENTERS AND STEAL OUR HOMES AND PROPERTY RIGHTS.. RESCIND…………………………………………………

What they did was — USE US as collateral for their Ponzi Scheme. THE “LENDER” WAS ONLY A SPONSOR, NOT AN ACTUAL LENDER. All they needed was a signature. They never lent any money to us. THE SPONSOR sells the loan pools to the DEPOSITOR who also prefunds the loans by issuing securities WHO ISSUED THE SECURITIES WAS I THINK THE U.S. TREASURY WHEN THE DEPOSITOR HANDED IN THE PAID NOTE AND MORTGAGE TO RELEASE OUR DEED TO US AND PAID THE SPONSOR IN THE FORM OF BONDS, THAN THE TREASURY sold securities to the bonds(backed by unsecured notes) to WALL STREET and the FED sold them to investors??? The fact that they never perfected the collateral lien at origination proves our homes are paid for. THEY NEEDED COLLATERAL, OUR SIGNATURES. What they sold to investors was the securities to the bonds(THE UNSECURED NOTES),the money flow on a speculation of our ability to pay. THEY DID NOT SELL THE MORTGAGE WITH THE NOTES AND THEY SOLD THE SAME UNSECURED NOTES MULTIPLE TIMES. Investors were also deceived into thinking the quality of the loans was better but they knew there was a risk. The investors had a ball for a while. BOTTOM LINE: It was a GIANT MORTGAGE FRAUD PONZI SCHEME SWINDLE AND HEIST OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

1) is the mortgage loan a “Bilateral” or a “Unilateral” contract? If it is Bilateral then where is the lenders signature?
2) Did the lender lend you actual “money” or “credit”- and if it was credit who created it? Did your signature create it or did the lenders?
3)If they did loan you money, which as I understand it, banks/lenders cannot put their shareholders or customers assets at risk. So is it just conventional wisdom/belief/misrepresentation that you went in to get a loan for your dream house and slice of the American Pie thinking that they were taking your promissory NOTE-walking it into their vault to deposit it for safe keeping-and while they were in the vault they withdrew FRN’s (another debt instrument-key word Note) or “real money” and gave that to you(?) If there was no even exchange and if this is a Bilateral contract then where is the true consideration-where is the liability on the lender/banks side of the contract as well as their bookkeeping entries- especially regarding the Fractional reserve system, Modern Money Mechanics and GAAP.
4) If (and this may be out on the limb for some of you) If, the PROMISSORY NOTE i.e. Mortgage Note and credit- that was created/monetized (key word) by your signature and they- without full disclosure to you, Securtized it / Converted it to a stock/bond certificate and then put it out on ‘The Market’ for investors to invest on an instrument created by you via REMIC and SPA- where is your Net Proceeds regarding the stock instrument your signature created?
5) Would you have signed on the dotted line if you were given full disclosure of their studied concealment to do just that? Would you have signed on the dotted line if they disclosed that it was your signature that monetized that instrument and that they were going to charge you interest on “credit” that you created?

Here’s a few more questions on fraudclosure and the whole stinking pile of crap that has been created to fleece us all of our life, liberty, happiness, right to own property and right to due process.
Why would a judge or court EVER rule in your favor if they have pensions or investments in Mortgage Backed Securities? Seems like a bit of a conflict of interest there. What do you think?
