I have received a reply from Pam Bondi !!!

Flag this messageFrom Attorney General Pam BondiFriday, July 22, 2011 6:01 PMFrom: "AG" Add sender to ContactsTo: jandersonpaper@yahoo.comFlorida Attorney General Pam Bondi received your email regarding your
concerns with the foreclosure crisis. Attorney General Bondi asked that I
respond.

Our office received your initial email correspondence on August 8, 2008,
and our records indicate that we responded to this correspondence on
August 15, 2008. As it appears that you did not receive the previous
response to your email, I have provided a copy of your original email and
our response below.

In addition, the joint investigation and enforcement effort by the
Attorneys General and federal regulators was instituted to address the
failure of loan servicers to comply with the laws governing foreclosure.
General Bondi remains committed to enforcing our laws against the
servicing industry with regard to alleged misconduct in the foreclosure
industry. Our office’s efforts in the fight against mortgage fraud is
evident. We sued Countrywide for alleged wrongdoing in mortgage loan
origination and obtained a landmark settlement. We have also pursued
other cases in the mortgage origination industry, and these actions have
provided relief to countless homeowners in Florida.

Further, there have been many investigations and prosecutions of mortgage
origination fraud by this office through the Mortgage Fraud Task Force and
the Office of Statewide Prosecution, as well as the Department of Justice
and United States Attorneys' offices and attorney general multistate
enforcement. One of the main areas of focus for the Attorney General is
making improvements to the foreclosure process and it will take the effort
of bankers and mortgage servicers, along with government leaders and the
courts, to accomplish this task.

Rest assured, the Attorney General is committed to aggressively pursuing
every legal avenue available to protect the rights of Floridians and the
sovereignty of Florida. Thank you again for expressing your thoughts and
concerns to our office.

Sincerely,

RE: The Gang of 5 Banksters.

Subject: 50 State AGs settlement with the Banksters

On your negotiations with the banks.

On the street that I grew up on in Knoxville, there was a corner grocery
store
owned by a man named Raymond Holbert and my family were friends with him
and
even vacationed one year, with his family in Florida.
One day Raymond, walked into the local bar and shot a man dead in front of
a
dozen people, without saying a word.
He was charged with first degree murder.
He hired the best attorney in Knoxville a man named Ray Jenkins, who had
argued
cases before the Supreme court.
After a period of time the attorney told the widow, that Raymond felt bad
about
what had happened, and that if he did not have to go to prison, that he
had
$25,000 that he would give her. But if he was convicted, that the money
would
have to be used to support his family.
When at the trial, she testified that her husband and Raymond had a blood
feud,
and that it was just a matter of time before one killed the other.
The jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
This happened in the late 50s and the 25K would have bought five nice
homes.
Cars were under &2.000. Raymond did pay up, and the last time I saw him,
he was
living in a mobile home on a bare acre of farm land he had managed to
keep.
The only reason I ever heard of for the event, was the man had supposedly
said
something about Raymond, but nobody knew what it was.

The reason I bring this up is, people have been buying their way out of
trouble
since lawyers were invented.
The difference is Raymond paid with everything he had and he never
recovered.
Are the people “corporations” that the DOJ and the 50 states attorneys are

protecting, doing the painful restitution that Raymond did?

WHY HAS NO ONE BEEN CHARGED WITH FRAUD?

I sent the following e-mail to you a while back and you, or your staff has
not
responded.

Dear Pam Bondi,
I am upset by your lighthanded approach to the fraud that banks and
foreclosure
law firms have so far gotten away with in this state.
As the chief law enforcement officer in Florida, and a member of the
Florida
Bar, your duty is clear. To do anything less than full prosecution on
those who
would, fabricate, and use fraudulent documents in court proceedings is a
violation of your oath as a officer of the court, and Attorney General of
the
state of Florida.
We are in troubled times, and the public needs to know that the law
applies to
all, great and small. If rule of law, is perceived as rule of the rich,
then
civil unrest and revolution will be the result.
Do you think Judge Judy would rule in favor of a plaintiff or defendant
who
produced a fraudulent document to win their case? NO! because it would
violate
the”CLEAN HANDS DOCTRINE” that no relief shall be granted to a party who
engages in unlawful activity.
I ask that you do your duty.

Thank you for your comments regarding the mortgage and banking industry
crisis. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi asked that I respond.

Attorney General Bondi recognizes that tackling the foreclosure crisis is
vital to the recovery of Florida’s economy. Please be assured that
Attorney General Bondi and her legal team are working diligently to
identify any possible and practical solutions to the foreclosure issues
facing Florida. Bankers and mortgage servicers, along with government
leaders and the courts, must make immediate improvements to the
foreclosure process, and this remains one of the main areas of focus for
the Attorney General.

Our office is playing a leading role as a member of the Executive
Committee of a 50 state working group formed to address issues arising
from the foreclosure crisis, and members of the legal team continue to
examine the conduct of at least four foreclosure mills in the state. The
following news releases provide more information about the working group:

I want to see prosecution of the robo signers and their employers who have
committed felony fraud against Florida homeowners. It is a black eye for the judicial system for this to have been unprosecuted for as long as it has.
Prove your not "owned" by the banks!
A failure to evenly apply the law will result in disrespect and contempt
of the courts.
I hope you will act to see that this type of behavior never happens again.

Please be assured that
Attorney General Bondi and her legal team are working diligently to

foreclosure process, and this remains one of the main areas of focus for
the Attorney General.

Committee of a 50 state working group formed to address issues arising
from the foreclosure crisis, and members of the legal team continue to

concerns with the foreclosure crisis.

Further, there have been many investigations and prosecutions of mortgage
origination fraud by this office through the Mortgage Fraud Task Force and
the Office of Statewide Prosecution, as well as the Department of Justice
and United States Attorneys’ offices and attorney general multistate
enforcement.

Wait a minute, did I just hear the Portland Trailblazers defend their selection of Sam Bowie in 1984???

FYI, they passed on this kid named Michael Jordan, the same player who was cut from his high school basketball team.

Was Pam there when Osama big Laden was offered to President Clinton on a silver platter?
Isn't it true that Pam Bondi said Casey Anthony should be killed and now her State is footing the bill for their pathetic investigation and now paying to protect the woman she tried to kill?

When was Tom Brady drafted?
When was Joe Montana drafted?
How many times did the Securities & Exchange Commission praise a guy named Bernie Madoff?
