Does this mean that once a case is dismissed without prejudice that it can be tried again and if once again dismissed without prejudice it cannot be tried again by the same people?

And does it matter how long in between the two filings?
Is there a statute of limitation once a case is dismissed without prejudice to re instate or bring a new case by the same plaintiff?

She won, now the bank goes back and get them some forged douments then starts all over
againg with a new foreclosure. They will have their eyes dotted and all their T’s crossed
then take that this home away from that poor women. that is the American way, the rich get
richer the poor get poorer. I would suggest she get an Forensic Securitization audit tio

Hi and as was said earlier, ‘dismissed without prejudice’ would’ve let the same plaintiff try again. So ‘dismissed with prejudice’ is better even if just about plaintiff not being the right entity to have legal standing to bring suit. And maybe the entity with standing won’t be found, won’t file foreclosure.

So, it this how you see it – here it just means this ‘particular plaintiff cannot come back – but it doesn’t mean with prejudice on the merits; as said before here, foreclosure might start again with a different plaintiff and the case go further … into merits discussion..

Of course even and all local victories are important and draw attention to the content and process. But this kind of situation may be the pause that refreshes, but a pause not a cure; check this out please, it’s as mentioned here before; corrections welcomed.

Due process is the Law and without due process there is no lawful decision as compliance with the rules is mandated for specific performance.

This decision needs to be passed on to anyone involved in a foreclosure as it is a treasure trove of information vital to defeating foreclosure filed by those banksters that lack standing – regardless of the issues of dirty hands and not having clean hands before the bench when attorneys are incompetent and or purposely commit fraud upon the court with such idiotic and defective and fatally flawed affidavits!
