That house is in somebody’s neighborhood. the guy moved out…established utilities at another address. He walked away. Our energy, efforts, and high hopes should go to those who are standing to fight. We shouldn’t “trash”…someone else’s nieghborhood. Clean up the animal waste, there is a homeless person who would love to have the lights on in that house.

Give me a break.
The letter of law would seem to dictate that the proper foreclosure proceedings + the redemption period would need to have occurred before the “trash out”.

Yeah, like we’re supposed to believe a report of the “cleaners” as to what they stole. Add in a little character assassination (maybe they have a landlord who doesn’t like pets and decided to make a fuss and used the opportunity). Keep an open mind – we don’t know these people.

WIth all due respect to those in law enforcement who perform their jobs with the greatest of care — there are those who do not. We’ve personally encountered a state policeman who blatantly lied in his report (we believe was nudged by the country prosecutor to do so) when we filed a formal complaint against an unlicensed gas/HVAC contractor. The prosecutor didn’t want to touch this case (runs deep – won’t bore you with details of the local good old boy network). Luckily, the State stepped in and took on the matter.

ANYWAY…sorry to ramble — My point here is: DO NOT be swayed by some “press release” with a character smear – it’s what some of these folks do when they don’t wish to pursue.
