I have an Assignment of Mortgage signed by Mary Ann Hierman from MERS to Bank of New York Mellon , FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate holders of CWalt, Inc., alternative loan trust 2005-28CB, Mortgage Pass-through certificates, Series 2005-28CB. The Assignment was acknowledged in Ventura County, CA. The mortgage was to Freedom Mortgage. There is anlonge to the note endorsed to Countrywide Home Loans and then a blank endorsement. Bank of NY has brought 2 foreclosure actions, both of which were voluntarily dismissed. The first one was by David Sterns in 2009 and the second one by Smith/Diaz in 2011. Florida property. I now acquired the property from the original owner/borrower and will likely have to defend a third foreclosure

She prepared my Assignment of Deed of Trust and she listed her address as being that of: 450 E. Boundary Street Chapin, SC 29036 It comes up as Corelogic. So in 2012 she was preparing documents for Corelogic in SC !@! Fraudster!

I just am looking into our fraudulent Assignment of Deed of Trust dated 2/10/2012 and her name appears at the top of the document as the Preparer. What company does she work for ??

I see several are asking for this signature. Try searching in Google/Yahoo/Bing whatever you use for a search engine and put in her name and one or at most two other words with her name in quotes. Look at the first 2-3 pages, or if getting a lot, possible 4-6 pages. Without the [ ], do: [“Mary Ann Hierman” fraud] and [“Mary Ann Hierman” mortgage] and [“Mary Ann Hierman” assignment] and [“Mary Ann Hierman” satisfaction] and any other one word terms. I suggest you also do this for the purported notaries associated with your document. In a quick search, I had a quick question, does she purport to work in CA or Palm Harbor, FL??

Our law firm is representing a foreclosure victim. Recently, 2/22/2012, Mary Ann Hierman signed an Assignment, notarized by L.A. Llanos in Ventura County, CA. It is a BoA/Countrywide loan. I’d appreciate getting other examples of Ms. Hierman’s signatures and would share as well.
