Found this ,Florida governor Rick Scott was ceo of HCA/Columbia largest public fraud in history , and he is also connected to largest private financial fraud , little known case that beats Enron .
Wednesday, April 1, 2009, Prosecutors did not do their job! 2002-The largest private financial fraud case in our country’s history began to uncover itself back in 2002, and no one heard of it. Wonder why?
JPMorgan, Citi, Goldman, Merrill, Morgan were all involved in this scheme, for years and were found guilty of contributing to the largest financial fraud case in our history; the largest financial fraud case that just ended Dec 2008 and no one paid attention. Credit Suisse LLC is pending with litigation with its involvement in this case.. I think the only jailtime is one Credit Suise employee who was telling the truth to investigators .
The last trial for this case, even after the CEO stood trial was James K Happ. The ONE AND ONLY acquittal James K Happ! It was asset backed securities in CDO’s like the mortgages in the MBS they never existed in CDO .

1vent…my eyes are bleary so I hope I spell correctly…this is surreal,has been for years;the”housing crisis” seems to be the banksta’s Coup(again)…what do you mean by the term’linkcard’,I think I understand but not certain…it has been 4 months since my very PT j.o.b. ended;there is no gas in my car!!my insurance(racket!!) was due today;nope,not paid…all savings long used,and the elecTRICK-gas GRID sent a Disconnect Notice and a”payment agreement”-dated July 22,received August 1…!!! which I am unable to meet;they gave me an extension-until Friday!! to meet it:anyway!!WTF?!!

No credit cards,so not an option…when I was ONE DAY late,in February,on my car”insurance”-first time ever in 7 years they CANCELLED my coverage,I had to pay NYSSSTATE DMV a fine for the interim until I reinstated…taking a taxi to work,no busline,and the f’n car was in the garage to boot…now they raised my premium by$200+ per year for being late that ONE time,by ONE day..as of this week

I have done these searches also in Indiana with the Secretary of State Corporate Division and the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions (or whatever) an US BANK and BANCORP were not registered and it was explained to me by personnel at these offices, that these national financial institutions are governed under United States Code Law which supercedes or over rides state law, even though state law does not state any exception and that all foreign corporations doing business must register. When they are not registered in the state it makes it very hard to serve process on them when you file a lawsuit and they do not have a registered agent on record and have thousands of offices around the country to sort out where to send the complaint.

I decided to investigate the trust our mortgage was put in. Supposedly was a DE entity. I provided the SEC#, tax id#, etc. Well, two people researched this at the State of DE’s Corp Division after I had no success in an entity search. Turns out – no record. Hmmm, how can an entity own my mortgage and try to sue me when it doesn’t exist?

Oops…that darn trustee never did file an assignment either. How can they have legal standing as to ownership? They have nothing.

So, I found it interesting that just in the past several weeks, the Attorney Generals of NY and DE have opened investigations into all of these trusts that are in NY and DE and hmmmm, they don’t seem to exist AND they are looking into the mess they’ve made of documentation, etc. — such as trustees for the trusts that didn’t do what they were supposed to do in terms of actually following the steps to get the mortgages into the trusts.

Did you hear that? That mortgage of mine (and yours, quite likely) has disappeared into thin air….

Google the investigations. I just emailed the AG’s office in DE with my trust info along with data from his state’s own corp division (no such trust exists despite being listed as a DE entity). I’ve respectfully asked that his office look into this one as well.
