It seems that they can’t assign anything to the closed trust, Otherwise, they will loose their REMIC status with IRS. I would question through the Qualified Written Request and other steps ANYTHING and EVERYTHING for two purposes: to find the answers (may be) and get more time to fight the pretender-lender.

Is that possible? Can an assignment be done after the Trust has closed?
BTW- 1 month from the “Assignment” the foreclosure Lis Pendens was filed.
Also- on the copy of the NOTE that is filed into the case has a stamp that reads: Pay to the Order of ____________________ without recourse CountryWide Home xxxxxxx New York Corporation Doing Business as Americas Wholesale Lender. There are no other stamps or indorsements on that page. And obviously the blank after Pay to the Order of is questionable.

There are some people who are put on this earth to spread a message. Through history it has shown that people who are trying to spread a message of peace & harmony are a very real threat. The people that can be bought and manipulated, they will try to silence. They are, and will continue to, pressure all of us to keep things on the path we are currently on. By allowing things to go on as they are, would be foolish. We need to come together and try to undue some of the damage that has been done, as best we can.

I believe some people have a path, maybe that path is not popular, but they decide it is the right thing to do. People are going to try and tear this person up, because they feel things should not be changed. Some people it will work with, and they might be silent for a little while, but a true leader will come back and continue the fight. By attempting to silence the people, sometimes it can have the opposite affect and make people very angry.. making them realize this was the right path to take all along.

If you read Matt’s blog, he has stated he always wanted to be an Attorney. He thought of the law as something God like, something that was respected and he takes his job seriously. Not everyone gets into a profession just to make money. I mean that is part of it, but there really are people out there who always wanted to be… say be a police officer… and they do their job with the utmost dignity, yet you still see cops on the news who are bad apples. Does that mean they all are? Of course not…

Matt is not promising he can change the world… that I can take out of it. He is a leader and is trying to do what he thinks is a step in the right direction. We can stay on course, or we can take a chance and trust someone who seems like he has always been there for us. The choice is all up to you… I would like to see a system that works to come together as one and repair the obvious destructive path our world is headed in. By sitting back and doing nothing we will accomplish nothing. We can come together peacefully to make change. Do not view others as an enemy because they do not agree with your view point. Open your minds and try to realize we can learn from each other. Let go of the hate and try to work together as one. Before it is too late…

If we take back our courts by educating ourselves on the Constitution, Sovereignty, Common Law Jurisdiction and DEMAND Constitutional Common Law Jurisdiction in OUR courts, we will have cut off the captured enforcement arm for collecting the illegal “debt” created by the corpotations.
Without their captured (bought and paid for courts), the banksters will not be able to enforce collection of their “alleged debts” and will soon starve (they are dying as we speak anyway). Furthermore, if a jury had a common law knowledge of the Constitution, they would know that it is unlawful for a sovereign’s property to be taken except under eminent domain and then they are to receive fair value for it.
I have been in courtrooms across Florida and even in other states, both in county and federal courts. I have never seen even once, one that was conducted Constitutionally. We have judges telling the jury what they can see, hear and accept. “The jury is to disregard that” or the judge absents the jury from the court while important evidence or issues are discussed. THIS IS FRAUD and usurps the proper aurthority of the jury, but is done every day at the behest of the beast known as the BAR. Constitutionally, the people are to have access to the Grand Jury. Why is it then that the people’s only access to the Grand Jury is through the State’s Attorney or another captured government agency? Your Sheriff also has the power to convene a Grand Jury, but when was the last time you saw that? It’s called the Fox guarding the Henhouse. Again, If more people were to start using a document known as an Intervenor’s Complaint and Demand for Common Law Jurisdiction in any case involving a bank or other “debt collector”, it would only accellerate an end to this corporate controlled government and the corrupt corporations the fallaciate every day. How come no one has ever asked a judge in a foreclosure case if they had their 801K invested in the bank who was foreclosing?
