It will be about 30 days by the time it is rented, so far just agents trying to do short sell, are there no scruples? Last house this happened to, was unable to rent at all, and they say they don’t want your home there to help you?When they fine me dead one of these mornings due to can not take this stress, bullshit, constantly being lied too, by ALL take a number! Promise me that you will make lots of noise, can’t get anyone to listen, stupid deadbeat get out of their ways…………..what a disappointment

The servicers keep paying the investors (for tranching), even if you do not pay them. They are required to. As long as they keep paying the investor, you are not in default.

deadnote, are you from Chitown? If so then you probably know about Mayor Anton Cermak who created the city’s Democratic machine…..For nearly his entire administration, Cermak had to deal with a major tax revolt from 1931-1993….He was shot wihile talking with President elect F.D.R. and died one month later….That brought the end to the property tax revolt in Cook County……
