THEIR ATTORNEYS SHOULD GO TO PRISON AS WELL FOR AIDING AND ABETTING THE ILLEGAL THEFT OF MILLIONS OF HOMES AND BUSINESSES BY MANUFACTURING FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS AND SIGNING AND USING FRAUDULENT AFFADAVITS IN COURT TO HELP STEAL WHAT THESE PRETENDER LENDERS DO NOT OWN AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE…….PUTTING AN UNSECURED DEBT INTO A GLOBAL TRUST AFTER THE LOAN GOES INTO DEFAULT IS ALSO FRAUD AND DOES NOT SECURE A LOAN…THESE PRETENDER LENDERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF WHEN THESE LOANS WERE PUT INTO THE GLOBAL TRUST AND HAVE THE RECONVEYANCE PROPERLY RECORDED AT THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OFFICE. THAT CAN BE DONE NO LESS THAN 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINATION OF THE LOAN..THEY DUMPED MILLIONS OF TOXIC LOANS INTO TRUSTS THAT ARE UNSECURED TO TRY AND COVER UP FOR ALL OF THE FRAUD THEY COMMITTED…I found my home “loan” is in an unsecured, non FDIC insured trust called NORTH STAR and the failed bank, AMCORE BANK N.A. who issued the “loan” is hiding behind Marshall and Ilsley Bank in NORTH STAR trust….Basically they are all full of shit and liars, very deceptive con artists and have no standing to take anything away from anybody because they committed massive and pernicious mortgage fraud and nullified and voided their own contracts…….

Scotty, go to your recorder of deeds office and take a look at your assignments…..Is there an Assignment recorded by Fannie Mae from a previous lender with a clear chain of proper assignments from the origination to Fannie Mae? Does Fannie Mae have a mortgage deed recorded at the county recorders office with their name inserted in that mortgage deed? If not Fannie Mae does not OWN your loan…and they are NOT successor and assigns to your loan and do not own your loan or hold your note..Therefore they have no legal standing to foreclose…They are just another pretender lender…Check your public recordings for the origination fraud and look through your loan docs for more fraud…!!!!!!

I have an mortgage with Suntrust which filed forclosure on me in June and then I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in July and now SunbTrust Mortgage has sent me a ltter wanting to work things out. Also, i have ltters from fannie Mae that states they own my mortgage. It is a MERS assignment from MERS to SunTrust Mortgage which was filed in May just before the foreclosure. My question is when SunTrust sent me this letter it has an Loan Number 0205468804 and an invstor number 1703966943, which I have never seen before..can someone tell me what this number is and how I can look it up on the Fannie mae web site?
