Was the mechanism for robosigning in place BEFORE the foreclosure fraud? Was there robosigning involved in the LOANS? The implications of the answers to these questions is very important. Has any one found ‘LINDA GREEN’ signing on LOANS that predate the mortgage fraud? I HAVE. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. IS THERE A REAL LINDA GREEN?

1- how can banks offer a loan modification if the note was converted to a stock certificate
2- why is no one talking about the fact that when you signed the note- YOUR signature monetized that note therefore making you the Creditor and not the lender
3- have any of you viewed the FBI docs zip file on stopthefraud2010.com website
4- why is no one talking about the Mahoney case – Credit River decision regarding who the true creditor is
5- why is no one talking about the fact that according to Federal Law banks are not allowed to loan credit and are also not allowed to loan their own or their depositors “money”
6- why is no one talking about the fact that real “money” no longer exists- (HJR 192)- only FRN (BTW – the N stands for Note as in Promissory Note) which are a debt instrument and not real money

Would love to hear the answers to some of these questions
