This UNFAIR piece of legislation should be DOA. Who do we go after? First the sponors. Second the person who places it on CALENDAR for a vote. Keep focused people. Know who the power brokers are and go after them. We do not need to have all the legislators on our side. All we need is the person who controls the CALENDAR. That person can refuse to place it on the CALENDAR and the bill will die. We should go after the original sponsors of this bill in the house and in the senate. Then go after all legislators in the house or senate who sign on to it. Then there needs to be an OCCUPY date scheduled in Tallahassee for a massive show of AMERICAN SPRING against legislative tyranny. If there is no show of strength at the polls to vote these people out they will do what they want without fear. Behind this are the Republicans. They are the ones wanting elected in 2012 and they are the ones who will push this through. So target all Republicans in the senate and in the house. Send them emails every day, not just once. Organize an email day once a month for solidarity and send them to targeted legislators. Start a web page on the legislators pushing this UNFAIR legislation. Those in the districts go after them. Hold signs at the offices that they are UNFAIR legislators. Give them grass roots recognition for being bank owned and operated. There are ways to receive attention to this proposed legislation. We should propose our own piece of legislation. We do not want to give up our rights to judicial foreclosures. We sign legal documents in mortgages and notes and we want these to be protected by strong consumer laws. We want our courts to enforce those laws. Any law that is in conflict with the Uniform Commercial Code we want null and void. Oppose any and all REPEAL legislation that deals with our current rights in foreclosures. God help us all if the banks control our legislature and get this UNFAIR legislation passed.

If they would put that in writing and sign that as a legal binding contract, they have my vote…. I see that MSNBC reported last night that Romney has getting tons of money from the banksters and Wall Street…the media is trying to sweep Ron Paul under the rug…They are making it look like there are 2 candidates running, Romney and Rick Perry….I hope the people realize they are trying to brainwash all of us and not be drinking the media’s kool-aid. My uncle was a welder workin in Arabia in 1944 and the Shah of Iran is predominant in my mind. The Rebublican debate in Florida Sept 12 was his witness of his honesty and consistantcy. Wake up people…..This is all about the Republicrook Gov. Rick Scott and his band of merry henchment PAM BONDI and Naples attorney turned FL Rep. KATHLEEN PASSIDOMO. Both are mindless supporters of Scott and serve only the interests of the very rich individuals and corporations in Florida. Their unified goal is to quickly crush and destroy anyone who was hurt in the bank caused recession. By protecting the banks from true justice, they feel justified because in their mind they are protecting their own assets and security. This may end up in the streets people. They have the power, money and police at their disposal but they do not have the people behind them. Rob…you mean don’t save anything in favorites? …What stuff is a no-no.? Or stuff that I googled for? I got stuff from yahoo and google saved..and so does my daughter…what do I do now ?…..go thru and delete all but medical, cooking receipes, autism/vaccines, and how to get rid of fleas in Florida…..and how to do plumbing and roofing like a man ?….Must I get rid of the teddy bear?
