You must first know what the Rules of Law are before you take sides. So tell us, Steve Whoever, what is your brilliant legal argument based on your vast knowledge of “The Rules of Law?”

Here is my advice to you…first engage your brain if you have one. Second, while engaged, seek and find a plausable and entertaining argument (as we all love to be entertained). You can base your newly discovered argument on your vast knowledge of the “Rules of Law.” And finally, write something intelligent next time so that we may all be enlightened by your sizzling gray matter discoveries!

Otherwise, stick to something you may actually know something about, like the nightly news. And don’t forget to follow along with all the other brain-washed conformists that agree with your slight minded viewpoint.

Steve, what is wrong was the Ponzi Scheme on Wall Street and the fact that the U.S. Government ever allowed Wall Street to play russian roulette with our economy….and peoples homes and businesses. not paying their obligations, steve? Most of the foreclosures are fraud committed by the banks. they are stealing houses. I was never in default, yet they stole my house, the judges did not want to ‘hear’. you hear they won’t even modify. their profit is about 17 X the original note. so is it a reward after all the embarassment, stress, tears, broken relationships and horror? the rule of law must stand. OUT WITH MERS!

I vent…I fully agree…they all need to resign now…get out…their lying days are over. Also…all pensions, health insurance, benefits of perks and security must cease. They must leave with the clothes on their body…thats it. Then The Peoples Court with no jury…( same treatment as the homeowners have gotten)….will cut the hearings short…all rubber stamped with prison…a new home. They will be out of the rain and cold..that is more than the homeowners had when the government allowed the fraudster banksters to kick them into the streets…and steal their homes…homes the banksters never owned…..Let’s not forget there are 2 Bush’s…Clinton, Obama……but the four listed are the ones most important…along with Bernanke and Geithner…I think the reason Geither was going to leave…cause he is chicken crap to what may happen….

I vent….I ‘ think ‘ Jim has a good point in what he is saying….China is in the background….that is what the banksters fear….also to abolish the IRS and the Federal Reserve…rock bottom. Who knows…China may have their own ‘ ideas ‘ on the snake. But we need to stop the federal reserve first and the IRS….and get out of the UN. To climb a high mountain one must start at the bottom and go up. And YES..I agree with you….all past governments have been guilty of treason…tyranny and all were traitors…otherwise we would not be in this mess. If an honest one had been in office, nothing this massive would have been allowed. We had no protection for many years…the terrorists were running the country right along with their foreign terrorists friends….

My story…as a small time and small town developer with a crew of at least 10 tradesmen, I have seen first hand and from the front line what devastation continues to play out within the fabric of our economy for over 5 years now and I am not happy.

After losing 2 properties to wrongful foreclosure and looking in the face of a third, I can tell you from experience, that if you are in a non-judicial state such as California, the only thing that the banking industry understands is legal action, period. So don’t waste your time trying to negotiate with anyone you may come across at any banking level…they are all just puppets for the legal team that pull their strings.

Although many people think that non-judicial means without court action, they are wrong. All foreclosure action is governed by statutes specifically section 2924 of the Civil Code and the Uniform Commercial Codes, which underwrite many of the regulations pertaining to mortgage transactions.

These statutes are in place to protect the consumer and to guide the foreclosing partis in those actions. Read and understand them and you will gain much knowledge of how to move forward. This site and many other sites exist and provide much good information to assist you and you do not need a lot of money to establish your position.

The fact is that in California approximately 95% of all foreclosures go uncontested! That is a huge win for the banks! It is ultimately our responsibility, as business people, to right this ship and if we don’t do it they will, and it will not be pretty or in our favor.

Simply put, It’s us or them. I prefer it to be us and not them. This ship is at our command not theirs and it is up to us, as a people collectively, to steer this ship in the right direction. I am not a lawyer only a small business person that got blind sided like many others with similar good intentions out there, but I have some great contacts with broad knowledge based on the truth and from a pro-borrower position. When you combine these 2 elements it can add great strength to your position.
