After thinking awhile about Buffets motives I may be on the wrong track..I am forgetting we have to think outside of the box to think like they think…..SOMEONE is no doubt using Buffet as a proxy to bail out BOFA….Bloomberg is reporting the trustee for Madoff is going after FIVE BANKS for fraud…..The 40 trillion dollar collateral debt backed by zero is unsustainable..They know damned well there are not enough houses or money to steal from all of us to cover their asses…..They hid all of their ill gotten gains in overseas bankster accounts and are running out of places to steal from……They got caught stealing from the pension funds again…..on paper they are insolvent and there is no fixing this mess unless they all fail……Their mortgage fraud Ponzi Scheme is dead in the water..they will emerge shiny and new though to financially terrorize the world again….but our homes are paid for because of their Ponzi Scheme and they can’t have them..unless they steal them….they never thought they would get caught!! Warren Buffet has been giving Obama sloppy wet bl*w jobs with eye contact for the last 3 years… His incessant whining about taxes having to be raised and such ,, With his Wells Fargo and insurance industry ties and the fact that he has had his biggest financial wins over the years have simply been the product of the US Tax code forcing companies to be liquidated to pay inheritance taxes … he has learned to play the game ,, He doesn’t have any great financial insight he just started out with a bundle and has bought distrssed companies with cash flow cheap and he thinks that’s what he’s getting with his preferred stock purchase in BAC .

I am represented by a newly formed two person firm that were deeply involved in investigating LPS , in fact they lost their jobs because their investigations were too much on-target .. I haven’t spoken with them since this suit came out but page #8 is an eye opener ,, you have AHMSI admitting quite a bit that was protected information previously… The mill I’m up against must be sh*tting bricks right now and contemplating a voluntary dismissal.. somehow I think that will meet wth an objection.

From what’s now in evidence do you see any direct liability on the part of Wilbur Ross , Mr. AHMSI ? I can see it coming up in the near future.
